جستاری در واژگان و مفاهیم مرتبط با خلق تصویر ذهنی در حیطۀ معماری از سه حکمت اسلامی تا معاصر

خلق تصویر ذهنی، بخشی مهم از فرایند هنری است.  این واژه در معماری، هم شامل مفاهیم هنری و هم کاربردی است؛ بر این اساس دو سوال مطرح می شود: وجوه بیان‌کنندۀ خلق تصویر ذهنی در معماری، به‌ویژه در معماری ایرانی چیست؟ امروز، چه تغییراتی در مفاهیم مربوط به آن نسبت به گذشته صورت گرفته‌است؟هدف این مقاله بیان وجوهی است که در حوزۀ خلق تصویر ذهنی موثرند؛ بنابراین وجوهی مورد توجه هستند که عامل تمایز خلق تصویر ذهنی در معماری نسبت به سایر گرایش های هنری می شوند. برای رسیدن به هدف تحقیق، به واژگان مرتبط و محتوای آنها توجه می شود و از تحلیل، استدلال و تطبیق محتوای واژگان، ویژگی های مورد نظر بررسی و تبیین می شود؛ بنابراین، واژۀ تخیّل و تصوّر بر اساس سه حکمت مشاء، اشراق و متعالیه مورد تعمّق قرار می گیرد و واژۀ تصویرپردازی ذهنی در ادبیات امروز و فلسفۀ شناختی مطالعه می شود. این واژه، وجوه امروزی مربوط به خلق تصویر ذهنی را در بردارد.بر اساس نتایج، خلق تصویر ذهنی (بر مبنای تخیّل) با هدف فاصله‌گرفتن از جهان مادی بوده‌است؛ البته این موضوع (بر مبنای تصوّر) به معنای نادیده‌گرفتن وجوه کاربردی و مادی معماری نیست؛ با این حال، معنا نسبت به ماده ارجحیّت دارد. در خصوص تصویرپردازی ذهنی باید گفت که منشا آن در ذهن انسان است و تصویر خلق‌شده دارای دو ویژگی بصری و غیر بصری است که با یکدیگر تعامل داشته و الزاماً نسبت به دیگری برتری ندارند و ریشۀ آنها جهان مادی است.

the aspects of creating mental images in architecture based on their meaning form three islamic wisdoms to present

creating mental image is an important part in arts process. this includes both artistic and functional concepts. in this regard, two questions are proposed: which aspects express creating mental image in architecture, specifically iranian architecture? what changes have taken place in its related concepts comparing the past?the aim of this study is to explain the aspects which are effective in creating mental image. hence, the aspects which are distinct in the creation of mental image in architecture rather than other artistic fields are under consideration. to fulfill this aim, relevant words and concepts are focused and the considered features are studied and determined by analyzing and comparing the meanings of the words. thus, the words ‘imagination’ and ‘notion’ have been deeply explored based on three wisdoms: hikmat-i al-mashriqiya, hikmat-i ishraq, hikmat-i muta‘aliya. afterwards, ‘mental imagery’ in persian contemporary literature and cognitive philosophy is analyzed. this word contains the present aspects of creating mental image.the findings suggest that the purpose of creating mental image (based on imagination) had been to separate from materialistic world. of course, this subject (based on notion) did not mean ignoring the materialistic and functional aspects of architecture. nevertheless, meaning has priority over material. regarding mental imagery, we should say that it originates from human mind and the created image has two characteristics, i.e., visual and non-visual, which interrelate with each other and do not necessarily have priority over one another and their root is in materialistic world.
