تاثیر پیشرفت فناوری و کیفیت نهادی بر پایداری محیط زیستی و اجتماعی شهر تهران در عصر دیجیتال

افزایش چالش های محیط زیستی و اجتماعی، سیاست گذاران شهری در سراسر جهان را ایجاب کرده که به دنبال راه حلی بهینه برای سوق دادن شهرها به بعد جدیدی برای برآوردن نیازهای آینده باشند. در این گذار، پیشرفت تکنولوژیکی و کیفیت نهادی به عنوان راه حل های قابل اجرا برای تضمین توسعه پایدار شهری، پدیدار است. پژوهش حاضر با هدف تاثیر پیشرفت فناوری و کیفیت نهادی بر پایداری محیط زیستی و اجتماعی شهر تهران در عصر دیجیتال تدوین شده است. روش پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از لحاظ نوع، پژوهش توصیفی - تحلیلی می باشد. روش جمع آوری داده ها به دو شیوه کتابخانه ای و پیمایشی بود. ابزار گردآوری داده ها، پرسش نامه استاندارد پیشرفت فناوری، کیفیت نهادی، پایداری محیط زیستی و پایداری اجتماعی در نظر گرفته شد. جامعه آماری کلیه خبرگان در حوزه معماری، برنامه ریزی شهری، اکولوژی، اقتصاد و جامعه شناسی بود که حجم نمونه 96 عدد انتخاب شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها از آزمون فریدمن و روش مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری (pls) استفاده شده است. نتایج توصیفی نشان داد که میانگین متغیرهای پیشرفت فناوری (2.88) در سطح نیمه پایدار، کیفیت نهادی (3.96)، پایداری محیط زیستی (3.55) و پایداری اجتماعی (3.63) در سطح پایدار تعیین شده است. نتایج استنباطی بیانگر این است که تاثیر پیشرفت فناوری بر پایداری محیط زیستی و پایداری اجتماعی مستقیم و معنای دار بود. همچنین، تاثیر کیفیت نهادی بر پایداری محیط زیستی و پایداری اجتماعی مستقیم و معنی دار به دست آمد. بنابراین، اولویت قرار دادن حوزه فناوری و کیفیت نهادی شهری می تواند به بهبود برنامه ریزی و فرایند تصمیم گیری منجر شده و در نهایت به تسهیل پایداری محیط زیستی و اجتماعی در شهر تهران کمک کند.

increasing environmental and social challenges have prompted urban policymakers worldwide to seek optimal solutions for propelling cities towards a new paradigm to meet future needs. in this transition, technological advancement and institutional quality emerge as actionable solutions to ensure sustainable urban development. the present study was compiled with the aim of the impact of technological progress and institutional quality on the environmental and social sustainability of tehran in the digital age. the research method is applicational in terms of purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of type. the data collection tools include standard questionnaires on technological advancement, institutional quality, environmental sustainability, and social sustainability. the statistical population was all experts in the fields of architecture, urban planning, ecology, economics and sociology, and the sample size was selected 96 numbers. friedman test and partial least squares (pls) structural equation modelling are utilized for data analysis. descriptive results indicated that the mean variables of technological advancement (2.88) are at a semi-stable level, while institutional quality (3.96), environmental sustainability (3.55), and social sustainability (3.63) are determined at a stable level. inferential results indicate that the impact of technological progress on environmental sustainability and social sustainability was direct and meaningful. also, the impact of institutional quality on environmental sustainability and social sustainability was obtained directly and meaningfully. therefore, prioritizing the field of technology and urban institutional quality can lead to improve planning and decision-making processes, ultimately facilitating environmental and social sustainability in tehran.
