واکاوی چالش های اجتماعی و فرهنگی احداث سد در مناطق روستایی متاثر؛ مطالعه موردی: سد داریان هورامان

منطقه‌ی هورامان بنا به ویژگی های فرهنگی و طبیعی حاکم به‌طور اخص در ارتباط تنگانگی با طبیعت اطراف می‌باشد. از این نظر طرح‌های توسعه تاثیرات ملموس و مشخصی را بر زندگی اجتماعی افراد برجا می گذارند. هدف اصلی پژوهش حاضر واکاوی چالش های اجتماعی فرهنگی پروژه احداث سد داریان هورامان می باشد. تحقیق حاضر با روش توصیفی- پیمایشی انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری این تحقیق حوزه آبریز سیروان، از آبادی رودبار و بلبر تا سرخط نقطه صفر مرزی می باشد. با توجه به جمعیت متاثر مستقیم و غیرمستقیم 43522 نفر، حجم نمونه براساس فرمول کوکران 364 نفر برآورد شد که به روش نمونه گیری گلوله برفی انتخاب گردیدند و به پرسشنامه محقق ساخته پاسخ دادند. جهت تحلیل آماری داده ها از آزمون ناپارامتریک خی دو استفاده شد. نتایج آزمون خی دو نشان داد که احداث سد بر ابعاد فرهنگی و اجتماعی اثر معناداری دارد (p<0/05). از دیدگاه پاسخگویان احداث سد در ابعاد فرهنگی، اجتماعی چالش جدی ایجاد کرده است. با توجه به اثرپذیری ابعاد مورد‌نظر از احداث سد می توان گفت از نظر پژوهش حاضر مهمترین چالش های ایجاد شده در منطقه مورد مطالعه، تهدیدی علیه نظام های سنتی فرهنگی و اجتماعی و تا حدودی معیشتی هورامان بوده است که این امر خود منجر به ترس از دست دادن هویت، از بین رفتن همبستگی، تهدید نظام های باغداری و معماری و زبان شده است. از سوی دیگر کمرنگ شدن آداب و رسوم محلی و در نتیجه بطور غیرمستقیم کاهش سرمایه‌های اجتماعی از دیگر تبعات سوء احداث سد مذکور می باشد.

analysis of social and cultural challenges of dam construction in affected rural areas; case study: darian hawraman da

hawraman area, according to the prevailing cultural and natural properties in particular is closely connected to the surrounding nature. in this sense, development plans tangible and specific impact on the social life. the main objective of this research is analysis of social and cultural challenges of darian hawraman dam construction. the present study was performed by descriptive survey method. the statistical society is sirvan basin from rudbar and belbar village to the zero point of the border. according to the 43,522 people directly and indirectly affected population, the sample size was estimated 364 people based on cochran's formula which was chosen by snowball sampling method and responded to the questionnaire made. nonparametric chi-square test was used for statistical analysis of data. chi-square test results showed that construction of a dam has a meaningful effect (p<0/05) on cultural and social dimensions. from the perspective of the dam construction respondents, it has created a serious challenge in the cultural and social dimensions. due to the effectiveness of the desired dimensions of the dam construction it can be said according to the present study, the most important challenges created in the study area is a threat against hawrama's n traditional, cultural and social and to some extent livelihood systems that leads to fear of losing identity, the loss of solidarity, and threats to horticultural, architecture and language systems. on the other hand, fading local customs and thus indirectly decline in social capital are the other bad consequences of the dam construction.
