الگوی مفهومی آرمان‌شهر انگیزشی در تمدن‌سازی قرآن کریم

از دیدگاه قرآن کریم، انگیزش یکی از ارکان تمدن‌سازی در تاسیس آرمان‌شهر اسلامی محسوب می‌شود؛ ازاین‌رو هدف پژوهشِ حاضر ارائۀ الگوی مفهومی آرمان‌شهر انگیزشی در تمدن‌سازی قرآن کریم است. در بخش نظری این هدف از طریق بررسی مفاهیم استخراج‌شده از تفاسیر مفسران دنبال می‌شود و در بخش کاربردی، چگونگی تمدن‌سازی انگیزش مبتنی بر قرآن کریم بررسی می‌شود. سوال اصلی پژوهش چنین است: الگوی مفهومی آرمان‌شهر انگیزشی در تمدن‌سازی قرآن کریم چیست؟ این پژوهش از نوع تحقیقات بنیادی‌توسعه‌ای به شمار می‌رود و روش کیفی مورداستفاده در آن تحلیل محتوای کیفی است. در این راستا متن آیات کل قرآن (جامعۀ آماری) بررسی و مضمون‌های مربوط به «الگوی مفهومی آرمان‌شهر انگیزشی» به عنوان نمونه (بالغ بر 2700 آیه) شناسایی شد؛ آنگاه با مراجعه به تفاسیر، طبقه‌بندی مفهومی و کدگذاری باز و محوری و انتخابی صورت گرفت. نویسنده در راستای ارائۀ الگویی جامع، پس از کدگذاری، به سه مضمون پایه اعم از علّی و ساختاری و پیامدی دست یافت. روایی و اعتبار این الگو در مرحلۀ اول توسط 17 نفر از کارشناسان بررسی شد. مقدار cvr و cvi نشان‌دهندۀ روایی محتوایی این الگوی مفهومی است. نتایج نشان داد جامعه و تمدن‌سازی از منظر قرآن کریم، آرمان‌شهری است که نظام انگیزشی آن در حوزه‌های مختلف فردی و خانوادگی و اجتماعی قوام می‌یابد.

a conceptual model of the motivational utopia in the civilization-building of the holy quran

from the perspective of the holy quran, motivation is considered one of the pillars of civilization-building in the establishment of an islamic utopia. therefore, the purpose of this research is to present a conceptual model of a motivational utopia in the civilization-building of the holy quran. the theoretical part of this goal is pursued by examining concepts extracted from the commentaries of exegetes, while the practical part investigates how motivation-based civilization-building, as rooted in the quran, is achieved. the main research question is: what is the conceptual model of a motivational utopia in the civilization-building of the holy quran? this study is classified as fundamental-developmental research, utilizing qualitative content analysis as its methodology. the entire quran (as the population) was analyzed, identifying the themes related to the &conceptual model of a motivational utopia& (more than 2,700 verses). then, through examining commentaries, open, axial, and selective coding was conducted. to present a comprehensive model, three core themes—causal, structural, and consequential—were identified after coding. the validity and reliability of this model were initially assessed by 17 experts, with the cvr and cvi values confirming the content validity of this conceptual model. the findings indicate that from the quran’s perspective, society and civilization-building represent a utopia where the motivational system is established across various individual, familial, and social domains.
