طراحی بوم مدل کسب‌وکار به منظور شناسایی کاربردهای هوش مصنوعی در سازمان

هوش مصنوعی همراه دیگر فناوری‌ها مانند نسل پنجم مخابراتی، زنجیره بلوک و اینترنت اشیا پایه های تحول در صنایع مختلف است. با استفاده از این فناوری صنایع می‌توانند درجهت ارائه خدمات هوشمند به مشتریان،استفاده از داده‌ها به عنوان دارایی، بهبود فرایندهای داخلی، اتوماسیون هوشمند داخلی و موارد مشابه بروند و با کاهش هزینه خود بهره وری را افزایش دهند و خدمات و محصولات جدیدی به مشتریان عرضه کنند. از مدل‌های کسب‌وکار می‌توان برای ارزیابی تاثیرات یک فناوری جدید یا کاربردهای آن در سازمان استفاده کرد، اما بیشتر مدل‌های کسب‌وکار بر اساس دیدگاه اقتصادی و منطق ایجاد ارزش و انتقال ارزش و کسب سود حاصله توسط سازمان‌ها از مشتریان هستند؛ با این منطق برای طراحی کاربردهای داخلی یک فناوری مثل هوش مصنوعی در سازمان، تعریف برخی عناصر مدل کسب‌وکار متفاوت خواهد بود. در این مقاله با مطالعه بوم مدل کسب‌وکار و برخی اصلاحات پیشنهادی برای آن، مولفه‌های کلیدی بوم مناسب را یافتیم و با روش فراترکیب یک بوم مدل کسب‌وکار برای شناسایی کاربردهای داخلی هوش مصنوعی در سازمان پیشنهاد داده‌ایم.

designing a business model canvas in order to identify artificial intelligence applications in the organization

Artificial intelligence along with other technologies such as 5G , block chain and internet of things (IOT) are pillars of transformation in different industries. Industries can use this technology to offer intelligent services to customers, use data as asset, improve internal procedures, intelligent automation and increase the efficiency by reducing costs. In addition, they can offer new services and products to customers.Business models can be used to identify the effects of a new technology or its applications in an organization but most of business models are based on economy logic and the way to create, delivery and capturing value from customers. Some blocks and concepts of business model will be different when it is being used to identify internal applications of a technology like AI in the organization. In this article, we studied business model canvas and already suggested improvement for it, we found new blocks and offer a new business model canvas in order to identify artificial intelligence applications in the organization.
