بررسی رابطه ی اعتیاد به اینترنت با افسردگی در دانشجویان پردیس بنت الهدی صدر سنندج در سال تحصیلی 97 98

هدف از اجرای این پژوهش بررسی رابطه اعتیاد به اینترنت با افسردگی در دانشجویان پردیس بنت الهدی صدر سنندج در سال تحصیلی 1397_1398 بوده است. بر این اساس جامعه ی آماری پژوهش حاضر دانشجویان پردیس بنت الهدی صدر سنندج بوده که در نمونه گیری نمونه ها به صورت هدفدار از ورودی 97 این دانشگاه استفاده شده است. برای سنجش اعتیاد به اینترنت این افراد از پرسشنامه سنجش میزان اعتیاد به اینترنت کیمبرلی یانگ و برای سنجش میزان افسردگی افراد از پرسشنامه افسردگی گلدبرگ استفاده شده است. در این پژوهش از روش آماری توصیفی ( میانگین وانحراف معیار ) همبستگی استفاده شده است و برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها استفاده کرده ایم. نتایج پژوهش همانگونه که انتظار می رفت نشانگر رابطه ی مثبت و معناداری مابین اعتیاد به اینترنت با افسردگی بود. با توجه به وجود ارتباط معنادار بین اعتیاد به اینترنت و افسردگی دانش جویان، توصیه می شود که برنامه های آموزشی برای دانشجویان تهیه شده تا استفاده از اینترنت را به حداقل برسانند و از این رو از اثرات سو آن پیشگیری نمایند.

Investigation of the relationship between internet addiction and depression among students in bentolhoda sadr sanandaj university between 97_98 Academic years

The main reason of this research was to examine the relation between Internet addiction and depression among the students of Bint Al Huda Sadr Pardis in Sanandaj during the academic year of 97_98. the statistical population of the foregoing study was the students of Bint Al Huda Sadr Pardis in Sanandaj. Samples have been selected on purpose from the students who have entered university in the year of 97. For evaluating the level of internet addiction among this people the questionnaire of Kimberly Young and for evaluating the level of depression among this people the questionnaire of Goldberg about depression have been used. The descriptive statics and correlation methods have been used for analyzing the input and the also the research itself. The results of the research were exactly like how we had expected before and it showed that there is a clear and significant relation between depression and internet addiction. this significant relation suggests that there should be an informative program for students to avoid interned addiction and prevent its destructive effects.
