اثربخشی برنامه ی فرزندپروری مثبت برعناصرترسیمی کودکان با اختلال هیجانی و رفتاری

زمینه و هدف: باتوجه به نقش کلیدی خانواده در ایجاد اختلالات کودکان و هم چنین محدودیت کسب اطلاعات از کودکان با روش های عینی و کارآمدی تکنیک های فرافکن در کسب اطلاعات روان شناختی از کودک ، پژوهش حاضر به منظور بررسی اثربخشی برنامه فرزند پروری مثبت بر عناصر ترسیمی کودکان با اختلال هیجانی و رفتاری انجام شد. روش : طرح پژوهش شبه آزمایشی با پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و گروه کنترل بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه مادران کودکانی بود که در سال تحصیلی 97 1396 به مرکز مشاوره آموزش و پرورش منطقه فلاورجان مراجعه کرده بودند. از این جامعه به روش نمونه گیری در دسترس30 مادرکه کودک آنها در دامنه سنی 11 6سال بودند و براساس نمره بالاتر از نقطه برش درآزمون توانایی ها و مشکلات گودمن تشخیص اختلالات هیجانی و رفتاری را دریافت کرده بودند ، انتخاب و به صورت تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل گمارده شدند. مادران کودکان گروه آزمایش تحت آموزش طی هشت جلسه قرار گرفتند. ابزار این پژوهش تست ترسیم خانواده کرمن(1964)بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از آزمون خی دو و نرم افزار آماری spss 21 تحلیل شد. یافته ها:آموزش برنامه فرزند پروری مثبت به مادران موجب تفاوت معنادار فراوانی عناصر ترسیمی در گروه آزمایش و کنترل در مولفه‌های نزدیکی و تعامل مادر کودک و روش‌های تنبیهی اعمال‌شده از سوی مادر شد(p≤ 0/05). نتیجه گیری: نقاشی نه تنها سرنخی از مشکلات کودک بلکه راه حلی برای حل این مشکلات را نیز ارائه می دهد. درک زبان نقاشی می تواند اطلاعات ارزنده ای در اختیار روان شناسان و افراد مشتاق به درک و دریافت راز و رمزجهان کودک بگذارد.

Methods : The research design was quasi experimental with pre test, post test and control group. The statistical society consisted of all of mothers of children who referred to the Felavarjan educational counseling center in the academic year 1397 1396. From this population, 30 mothers whose children were in the age range of 6 11 years old and who received the diagnosis of emotional and behavioral disorders based on a score higher than the cut off point in the Goodman test were selected in an accessible manner and randomly assigned into two experimental and control groups. Mothers of the experimental group undergone training in eight sessions of two hours. The instrument of this study was Corman Family Drawing Test (1964). Data were analyzed using Chi square and SPSS 21 software.Results: The results showed that teaching a positive parenting program to mothers made a significant difference on frequency of Drawing elements in the experimental and control group on the components of proximity and mother child interaction and the punitive methods applied by the mother (P? 0/05)Conclusions: Drawing offers not only a clue to the child's problems but also a solution to these problems.
