بررسی تاثیر مسئولیت اجتماعی بر بالندگی سازمانی کارکنان اداره کل آموزش و پرورش استان بوشهر

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر مسئولیت اجتماعی بر بالندگی سازمانی کارکنان اداره کل آموزش و پرورش استان بوشهر انجام شده است. روش این پژوهش، توصیفی از نوع پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل 250 نفر از کارکنان اداره کل آموزش و پرورش استان بوشهر بود که از طریق روش نمونه گیری تصادفی ساده و با توجه به فرمول حجم نمونه کوکران تعداد 152 نفر انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمع آوری اطلاعات در این تحقیق پرسشنامه های مسئولیت پذیری کارول (1991) و بالندگی سازمانی اسپایدز (2007) بود. داده های بدست آمده با استفاده از تحلیل رگرسیون مورد تحلیل قرار گرفتند. پایایی پرسشنامه های مسئولیت اجتماعی و بالندگی سازمانی بر اساس آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب 81/0 و 83/0 گزارش شد. همچنین روایی پرسشنامه ها در پژوهش حاضر با استفاده از ضرایب همبستگی هر سوال با نمره کل محاسبه گردید و نشان داد که همه سوالات با نمره کل همبستگی معنی داری دارند. یافته ها نشان داد که مسئولیت اجتماعی و هر یک از مولفه های آن یعنی بعد اقتصادی، قانونی، اخلاقی و بشردوستانه بر بالندگی سازمانی کارکنان اداره کل آموزش و پرورش استان بوشهر تاثیر دارد.

Investigating the effect of social responsibility on the organizational maturity of the staff of Boushehr Education Department

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of social responsibility on the organizational maturity of the staff of Bushehr Education Department. The method of this research was descriptive survey. The statistical population of the present study included 250 employees of the General Department of Education of Bushehr Province who were selected through simple random sampling method and according to the Cochran sample size formula, 152 people were selected. The data collection tools in this study were Carroll (1991) and Spiders (2007) organizational responsibility questionnaires. The obtained data were analyzed using regression analysis. The reliability of social responsibility and organizational maturity questionnaires based on Cronbach's alpha was reported to be 0.81 and 0.83, respectively. Also, the validity of the questionnaires in the present study was calculated using the correlation coefficients of each question with the total score and showed that all questions have a significant correlation with the total score. Findings showed that social responsibility and each of its components, namely the economic, legal, moral and humanitarian dimensions, affect the organizational growth of the staff of the General Department of Education in Bushehr province.
