شبیه‌سازی فرآیندهای خارجی و داخلی انبار پوشاک یک سازمان دفاعی و ارائه سناریوهای بهبود

هدف: هدف از این پژوهش، شبیه‌سازی فرآیندهای خارجی و داخلی انبار پوشاک یک سازمان دفاعی و ارائه سناریوهای بهبود می‌باشد.روش: در این تحقیق، ابتدا فرایندهای مختلف در سیستم انبارداری شرکت پوشاک ساتر سبز (وابسته به سازمان دفاعی)، شناسایی شد و سپس ورودی‌ها، پردازش ها و خروجی‌های سیستم، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت و این سیستم برای مدت یک سال کاری، شبیه سازی شد. به منظور پیاده‌سازی مدل، از نرم افزار شبیه‌سازی ارنا استفاده شد. برای شبیه سازی سیستم واقعی فرایند های انبار، گام های زیر طی شده است: تعریف مساله، مدل‌سازی، جمع‌آوری و تحلیل اطلاعات مورد نیاز (تعیین توابع توزیع از طریق آزمون های زیبندگی)، طرح آزمایش مدل، احراز اعتبارمدل.یافته‌ها: در این تحقیق، دو سناریوی بهبود شامل «تشکیل روزانه جلسات کمیسیون» و «ارسال مستقیم مواد اولیه به تولیدی ها» احصا شد که اجرای سناریوی اول، باعث حذف فرایند در یکی از انبار موقت ها شده است و اجرای سناریوی دوم، باعث کاهش زمان حضور سه نهاد «محصول نهائی»، «مواد اولیه» و «صدور حواله توزیع» در مدل شبیه سازی شده است.نتایج: نتایج پژوهش نشان می دهد که از بین فرآیندهای خارجی انبار، فرایند «برآورد و تامین محصول نهایی» بیشترین زمان را به خود اختصاص می دهد و از بین فرآیندهای داخلی انبار، بیشترین زمان انجام فرایند مربوط به فرایند «انبار موقت شماره 2 و 1»، می‌باشد. از این رو، اتخاذ تصمیمات کاهش زمان هر یک از این فرآیندها موجب بهبود عملکرد مدیریت انبار می گردد که در این تحقیق، دو سناریوی کاربردی در مدل شبیه سازی اجرا شد و نتایج آن در متن تحقیق و بخش یافته ها تشریح شد.

simulations of external processes and internal warehouses of a defense organization and providing improvement scenarios

purpose the aim of this research is to simulate the external and internal processes of the clothing warehouse of a defense organization and provide improvement scenarios. methodthis study, the processes of the satar sabz clothing warehouse (affiliated with the defense organization) were identified, followed by an analysis of the system’s inputs, processes, and outputs, which were then simulated over a one-year operational period using arena simulation software. the simulation process included problem definition, modeling, data collection and analysis (determining distribution functions via goodness-of-fit tests), experimental design, and model validation. findingsin this study, two improvement scenarios were identified: daily commission meetings and direct raw material delivery to production. implementing the first scenario eliminated a process in a temporary warehouse, while the second scenario reduced the dwell time of finished goods, raw materials, and distribution voucher in the simulation model.conclusionresults of the research indicate that among the external warehouse processes, the final product estimation and procurement process consumes the most time, while among internal processes, the longest duration is associated with temporary warehouse processes 1 and 2. therefore, making decisions to reduce the time of these processes can enhance warehouse management performance. in this study, two practical scenarios were implemented in the simulation model, and their results are detailed in the findings section of the research.
