نگاشت آینده نداجا با استفاده از ابزار مثلث آینده‌پژوهی

هدف: تحقیق حاضر به دنبال پاسخگویی به این پرسش است که ابزار مثلث آینده‌پژوهی چه کمکی می‌تواند به نگاشت آینده نداجا نماید. روش‌شناسی: مثلث آینده‌پژوهی یکی از ابزارهای موثر برای درک چگونگی شکل‌گیری آینده است. سه‌ گوشه‌ این مثلث (کشش آینده، فشار حال و وزن گذشته)، سه دسته نیرو را بر می‌سازند که به آینده شکل می‌بخشد. این تحقیق بر مبنای هدف از نوع «کاربردی- توسعه‌ای» و از نظر ماهیت از نوع «توصیفی- تفسیری» و روش تحقیق نیز «روش اسنادی» بوده و به‌منظور گردآوری اطلاعات مورد نیاز از «مطالعات کتابخانه‌ای» با استفاده از ابزار «فیش‌برداری» استفاده شده و نمونه‌گیری اسناد به صورت هدفمند انجام پذیرفته و تا اشباع نظری ادامه یافته است. یافته‌ها: در این مقاله «وزن گذشته» با بررسی تاریخچه فعالیت نیروی دریایی از دیرباز تا پایان جنگ تحمیلی و «فشار حال» از زمان ابلاغ نیروی دریایی راهبردی (سال 1388) تا پایان ماموریت ناوگروه 86 نداجا مورد کنگاش قرار گرفته و در خصوص «کشش آینده» نیز به روندها و تصاویر خلق شده از برنامه‌های آتی اشاره شده است. نتیجه‌گیری: نداجا اگر می‌خواهد به‌عنوان یک کنشگر بیش‌فعال، در آینده‌سازی خود نقش موثری ایفاء نماید، می‌بایست مرعوب وزن گذشته نگردیده و از سویی به دستاوردها و موفقیت‌های حاصل از ماموریت ناوگروه 86 قناعت ننموده و با اتخاذ یک رویکرد آینده‌نگرانه، به‌شیوه‌ای آگاهانه، عاملانه و پیش‌دستانه از غافلگیری در برابر تغییرات و تهدیدات آینده اجتناب ورزیده و برنامه‌های راهبردی خود را با جدیت تمام دنبال و بر «کشش آینده» به گونه‌ای بیفزاید تا نیروی دریایی در خور شان مردم ایران بسازد.

the future of the navy of the islamic republic of iran using the futures studies triangle tool

purpose:the current research seeks to answer the question of how can the futurist triangle tool help to future of iranian navy.method:the futuristic triangle is one of the effective tools for understanding how the future will be formed. the three corners of this triangle (pull of the future, push of the present and weight of the past) create three groups of forces that shape the future. this research is based on the purpose of applied- developmental type and in terms of the nature of descriptive- interpretive type and the research method is also documentary method and in order to collect the required information from library studies using the tool of sampling. used and the sampling of documents has been done purposefully and continued until theoretical saturation.findings:in this article, weight of the past is analyzed by examining the history of the navy's activities from a long time ago until the end of the imposed war and push of the present from the time of the announcement of the strategic navy (year 2009) until the end of the mission of the 86th navy flotilla. regarding pull of the future, trends and images created from future programs are also mentioned.conclusion:if the navy wants to play an effective role in its future development as a hyperactive activist, it should not be intimidated by the weight of the past, and in advanced, it should not be satisfied with the achievements and successes of the 86th fleet mission, and by adopting a forward-looking approach, in a conscious, proactive and avoid surprises in the face of future changes and threats in advance and pursue your strategic plans with all seriousness and increase the pull of future in such a way as to build a navy worthy of the dignity of the iranian people.
