ارتقاء قدرت ماندگاری زیردریایی‌های متعارف نداجا در حوزه نیروی انسانی

هدف: باتوجه به اهمیت و جایگاه زیردریایی‌ها و قدرت ماندگاری آن‌ها در صحنه جنگ دریایی، عامل نیروی انسانی نقش تاثیرگذار و  انکارناپذیری  در پیروزی زیردریایی‌ها در صحنه جنگ رقم می‌زنند و در جنگ‌های دریایی نقش بسزایی در ارتقاء قدرت ماندگاری زیردریایی‌های متعارف در زیرآب دارند.  بر این اساس این تحقیق با هدف ارائه راهبردهای ارتقای قدرت ماندگاری زیردریایی‌های متعارف نداجا در حوزه نیروی انسانی انجام شد.روش‌شناسی: روش تحقیق مورد استفاده در این پژوهش از نظر هدف در حیطه تحقیق و توسعه طبقه بندی می‌شود، زیرا هدف تحقیق، تعیین و ارزیابی عوامل راهبردی محیط خارجی و محیط داخلی موثر بر ارتقاء قدرت ماندگاری زیردریایی‌های متعارف نداجا در حوزه نیروی انسانی با توجه به شرایط و مقتضیات موجود می‌باشد.روش جمع آوری اطلاعات به صورت آمیخته بوده که در بخش کیفی، روش نمونه‌گیری‌نظری است و این بدان معناست که نمونه‌برداری، ارادی و نه تصادفی است. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها مصاحبه عمیق است که با گروه دوازده نفره‌ای از متخصصان و خبرگان که شناخت کافی از موضوع مورد مطالعه داشتند، و در بخش کمی پرسشنامه محقق ساخته  و  نمونه آماری 59 عدد بودیافته‌ها : تعداد  دو مورد فرصت، چهار مورد قوت، دو مورد تهدید و هفت مورد ضعف از بین 15 عامل،  شناسایی شدند و چهار راهبرد ارائه شد.نتیجه‌گیری: پس از شناسایی عوامل داخلی  و خارجی مهمترین راهبردهای ارائه شده مشتمل بر  همکاری‌های دوجانبه با مراکز آموزشی معتبر کشور، به‌منظور اجرای انواع شیوه‌های نوین آموزشی ( روش تدریس، مسئله محور، بارش فکری و تدریس معکوس) در جهت کاهش ضعف‌های آموزشی؛ ارتقاء قدرت ماندگاری زیردریایی‌های متعارف نداجا، از طریق حل مشکلات معیشتی و تقویت بیش‌ازپیش روحیۀ ایثارگری در بین کارکنان به‌منظور کاهش ا بی‌رغبتی و روزمرگی کارکنان. بود.

purpose:considering the importance and position of submarines and their staying power in the naval war scene, the human power factor plays an influential and undeniable role in the victory of submarines in the war scene and in naval wars they play a significant role in improving the staying power of conventional submarines underwater. based on this, this research was carried out with the aim of providing strategies to improve the durability of conventional submarines in the field of manpower.method:the research method used in this research is classified in the field of research and development in terms of its purpose, because the purpose of the research is to determine and evaluate the strategic factors of the external environment and the internal environment that are effective in improving the staying power of conventional nadaja submarines in the field of human resources with regard to the conditions and requirements are available. the data collection method is mixed, which in the qualitative part is the theoretical sampling method, which means that the sampling is voluntary and not random. the tool for data collection is an in-depth interview with a group of twelve experts who had sufficient knowledge of the subject under study, and in the quantitative part, a questionnaire was created by the researcher and the statistical sample was 59.findings:two opportunities, four strengths, two threats, and seven weaknesses out of 15 factors were identified and four strategies were presented.conclusion:after identifying the internal and external factors, the most important strategies presented include bilateral cooperation with the country’s prestigious educational centers, in order to implement a variety of new educational methods (teaching methods, problem-based, brainstorming, and reverse teaching) in order to reduce educational weaknesses; improving the staying power of conventional submarines, through solving livelihood problems and further strengthening the spirit of self-sacrifice among employees in order to reduce the reluctance and everyday life of employees.
