بررسی مولفه های امنیت سیاسی درحکمرانی شایسته

هدف: یکی از دغدغه‌های اصلی اندیشمندان علوم انسانی در طول تاریخ رسیدن به الگوی حکمرانی شایسته بوده است. و با توجه به تهدیدات متنوعی که حکومتها و افراد جامعه با آن مواجه هستند،بررسی الگوی مطلوب امنیت سیاسی به منظور دستیابی به حکمرانی شایسته ضروری است.پژوهش حاضربا هدف بررسی زمینه‌های ایجاد امنیت سیاسی برای فرد،مردم و حاکمیت بر مبنی حکمرانی شایسته به رشته تحریر درآمده است.روش شناسی: به منظور تحلیل داده از روش کیفی، تحلیل مضمون استفاده شده است، و از بین روش های مختلف تحلیل مضمون در این مقاله از روش شبکه مضامین آترید و استرلینگ که توسط آن داده‌های کیفی تقسیم بندی، طبقه بندی، تلخیص و بازسازی می‌گردند. استفاده شده است  یافته‌ها: بر اساس نتایج پژوهش، تعداد 8 مولفه به عنوان مولفه‌های امنیت سیاسی  بر اساس شاخص های حکمرانی شایسته  احصاء گردید.نتایج: سیاستمداران و کارکزاران  کشور به منظور دست یابی به حکمرانی شایسته می بایست امنیت سیاسی را در تمامی اقدامات خود مدنظر داشته باشند و لازمه رسیدن به حکمرانی شایسته، برقراری امنیت سیاسی از سوی حکمران برای مردم و از سوی مردم برای حکمران می‌باشد که در مقاله به آن پرداخته شده است.

purpose: one of the main concerns of humanities thinkers throughout history has been to reach a decent governance model. and according to the various threats that governments and people in the society are facing, it is necessary to examine the ideal model of political security in order to achieve competent governance. the field of writing is entered.method: in order to analyze the data, the qualitative method, thematic analysis, has been used, and among the different methods of thematic analysis in this article, the theme network method of atride and sterling, by which qualitative data is divided, classified, summarized and reconstructed. usedfindings: based on the results of the research, the number of 8 components was calculated as the components of political security based on the indicators of good governance.conclusion: in order to achieve good governance, the politicians and businessmen of the country must consider political security in all their actions, and to achieve good governance, it is necessary to establish political security from the ruler for the people and from the people for the ruler, which is mentioned in the article it has been paid.
