نقش تفکر راهبردی در موفقیت سازمان‌ها (مطالعه موردی استقرار نداجا در سواحل مُکران)

هدف: هدف محققین در این پژوهش بررسی نقش تفکر راهبردی در موفقیت نیروی دریایی ارتش ج.ا.ایران در استقرار در سواحل مکران است.روش:روش تحقیق انجام شده از نوع کاربردی-زمینه ای با روش توصیفی و رویکرد آمیخته است. جامعه آماری این تحقیق فرماندهان و مدیران عالی یکی از بخش‌های ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران هستند که به منظور دست یابی به هدف محققین، اثر متغیر مستقل تفکر راهبردی بر متغیر وابسته موفقیت نیروی دریایی ارتش ج.ا. ایران در استقرار در ساحل مکران مورد بررسی قرار گرفت.یافته‌ها: یافته‌های تحقیق نشان می‌دهد که تفکر راهبردی با استفاده از مولفه‌های خلاقیت، آینده‌نگری، جستجوگری، فرصت‌جویی هوشمندانه، خطرپذیری، رصد و پایش محیط داخلی و خارجی، عینیت‌گرایی، ترسیم چشم انداز، تدوین راهبرد، تفکر سیستمی، تفکر مفهومی، تفکر تحلیلی، تمرکز بر هدف، تفکر در زمان، ایمان و تلاش آگاهانه و شناخت سازمان در موفقیت نیروی دریایی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران در استقرار در سواحل مکران نقش موثری دارد.نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج به دست آمده حاکی از آن است که، اکثریت مطلق معتقدند تفکر راهبردی در موفقیت استقرار نیروی دریایی ارتش جمهوری اسلامی ایران در سواحل مکران نقش بسزایی دارد.

the role of strategic thinking in the success of organizations (a case study of the establishment of nadaja in mokran coast)

purpose: the goal of the researchers in this study is to investigate the role of strategic thinking in the success of the navy in deploying on the coast of makran.method: the research method is applied-contextual type with descriptive method and mixed approach. the statistical population is the commanders and top managers of one of the departments of the iran army. the effect of the independent variable of strategic thinking on the dependent variable of the success of the navy was investigated in the establishment on the coast of makran.findings:the findings show that strategic thinking using the components of creativity, foresight, search, intelligent opportunism, risk-taking, observation and monitoring of the internal and external environment, objectivity, drawing a vision, formulating a strategy, systemic thinking, conceptual thinking, analytical thinking, focusing on purpose, thinking in time, faith and conscious effort and knowledge of the organization play an effective role in the success of the in its establishment on the shores of makran.conclusion: the results indicate that the absolute majority believe strategic thinking has play a significant role in the success of the establishment of navy on the coast of makran.
