بررسی وضعیت آموزش از دور دانشگاه فرماندهی و ستاد ارتش ج.ا. ایران با رویکرد آمیخته در شرایط پاندمی کووید 19

هدف: پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی وضعیت آموزش از‌دور دافوس آجا در شرایط پاندمی کووید 19 صورت‌گرفته است.روش: این پژوهش ازنظر هدف کاربردی و ازنظر ماهیت توصیفی از‌نوع پیمایشی و از منظر روش به‌صورت کیفی و کمی انجام شده است. جامعه آماری پژوهش را 350 نفر‌از دانشجویان دافوس آجا تشکیل داده‌اند؛ در ‌بخش کیفی‌از روش نمونه‌گیری هدف‌مند و در ‌بخش کمی با استفاده از‌فرمول کوکران 183 نفر به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شده‌اند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده‌ها، پرسش‌نامه محقق ساخته است که روایی آن از طریق مصاحبه با 20 نفر از متخصصان و خبرگان این حوزه مورد تایید قرار گرفته و میزان پایایی آن از طریق آلفای کرونباخ 0.86 به‌دست‌آمده است. به‌منظور تحلیل داده‌ها در بخش کیفی از روش کدگذاری داده‌بنیاد و برای تحلیل داده‌های کمی از تکنیک‌های تصمیم‌گیری چندمعیاره آنتروپی شانون و تاپسیس به‌منظور میانگین نظر خبرگان و اولویت‌بندی مولفه‌ها استفاده شده است. یافته‌ها: در کیفی نشان می‌دهد که 20 کدباز در 5 مولفه محوری؛ سودمندی، انگیزه، الزام و اجبار، نگرش و دسترسی به منابع برای آموزش ازدور در دافوس آجا در شرایط اپیدمی کووید 19 موثر هستند. همچنین یافته‌های بخش کمی نشان داد که مهم‌ترین مولفه‌های کارآمدسازی آموزش ازدور در این دوره، به ترتیب؛ امکان بازبینی و مرور مجدد دروس چالشی، نگرش مثبت به آموزش و یادگیری که منجر به ایدهپردازیهای کاربردی میگردد و ایجاد علاقه‌مندی به روش‌های نوین یادگیری هستند.نتایج: اجرای آموزش مجازی در دروسی که آموزش آن ملموس‌تر است و دانشجویان در یادگیری آن با چالش کمتری مواجه هستند، مفیدتر است.

examining the state of education from the university of command and army headquarters j.a. iran with a mixed approach in the conditions of the covid-19 pandemic

purposethe purpose of this study was to investigate the state of distance education at daffoss aja during the covid-19 pandemic.methodthis research was conducted in terms of practical purpose and descriptive nature of survey type and qualitatively and quantitatively from the point of view of the method. the statistical population of the research is made up of 350 students of dafos aja; in the qualitative part of the purposeful sampling method and the quantitative part using cochran’s formula, 183 people were selected as samples. the data collection tool is a researcher-made questionnaire, whose validity is verified through interviews with 20 specialists and experts this field has been confirmed and its reliability has been obtained through cronbach’s alpha of 0.86. to analyze the data in the qualitative part of the coding method database and for the analysis of quantitative data, shannon entropy and topsis multi-criteria decision-making techniques have been used to average the opinion of experts and prioritize the components.findingsqualitatively, it shows that 20 coders in 5 core components; utility, motivation, compulsion, attitude, and access to resources for distance education in dafos aja are effective in the conditions of the epidemic of covid-19. also, the findings of the quantitative section showed that the most important components of the efficiency of distance education in this period, to the arrangement; the possibility of reviewing and revisiting challenging courses, a positive attitude to teaching and learning that leads to practical ideas and creating interest they are learning in new ways.resultsit is more useful to implement virtual education in courses where the teaching is more concrete and students face less challenges in learning it.
