تامین امنیت معاملات در سند تحول قضائی

زمینه  و هدف: افزایش تجارت و معاملات میان افراد و روش‌های انعقاد قرارداد در جوامع امروزی باعث شده است تا موضوع امنیت و جلوگیری از اختلاف در معاملات بیش از پیش اهمیت یابد. تسری دادن قواعد حقوقی در اعمال حقوقی و معاملات می‌تواند منجر به امنیت و جلوگیری از تنش‌ها و اختلافات در جامعه شود. همچنین تحقق سلامت اجتماعی در حوزه معاملاتی زمانی به وجود می‌آید که معاملات در بستری سالم و اطمینان‌بخش انعقاد یابند. مواد و روش‌ها: روش این پژوهش توصیفی تحلیلی است. ملاحظات اخلاقی: در نگارش مقاله اصالت متون، صداقتداری و امانتداری رعایت شده است. یافته‌ها: سند تحول قضایی سازوکار پیشگیری از بروز اختلاف در معامله را در پرتو هوشمندسازی، ایجاد تقارن اطلاعاتی برای طرفین معامله و ثبت اسناد رسمی در نظر گرفته است. نتیجه: عمدتاً تنظیم روابط حقوقی و مالی مردم تاثیر بسزایی در تضمین امنیت اشخاص و جامعه دارد. اجرای امنیت در معاملات با توجه به سند تحول قضایی نیازمند همکاری مردم و نظارت دستگاههای اجرایی با هدف دستیابی به عدالت و رضایتمندی مردم می‌باشد.

background and purpose: increasing trade and transactions between people and methods of concluding contracts in today's society have made the issue of security and prevention disputes in transactions more important. to generalize legal rules to legal practices and transaction can lead to security and prevention of   tension and dispute in society .in addition, the realization of social health in the field of transactions is only possible  when transactions are concluded in a safe  and reliable environment.method and materials :the research method is descriptive _analytical.ethical considerations: in present study,the principles of text originality,honesty and trustworthiness have been observed.findings: the document of judicial evolution has considered the mechanism for preventing dispute  in transaction in the light of a smartization,  of,creation of information symmetry and registration  of official documents .result:the regulation of legal and financial relations of people play important role in guaranteeing the security of people in a society . according to judicial evolution document ,the security of transaction requires people cooperation and supervision of executive bodies with the aim to achieve justice and people's satisfaction of.
