حقوقِ بین‌الملل توسعه‌ی پایدار و صنعتِ مس

زمینه و هدف: امروزه کشورها تلاش دارند تا با بهره‌گیری از تمام مکانیسم‌های موجود خود از جمله منابع طبیعی و خدادادی، خاصه صنعت مس به توسعه پایدار در نظام حقوق بین‌الملل نائل آیند، زیرا وجود فرصت‌های متعدد در بخش معدن مس و صنایع وابسته به آن، نیروی محرکی برای توسعه همکاری‌های اقتصادی بین‌المللی است. از این رو مقاله حاضر، بررسی تاثیر متقابل صنعت مس و توسعه پایدار حقوق بین‌الملل است.مواد و روش‌ها: مقاله حاضر توصیفی تحلیلی است. مواد و داده‌ها نیز کیفی است و از فیش‌برداری در گردآوری مطالب و داده‌ها استفاده‌شده است.ملاحظات اخلاقی: در این مقاله، اصالت متون، صداقت و امانت‌داری رعایت شده است.یافته‌ها: رابطه میان توسعه پایدار، صنعتِ مس و چرخه توزیع آن از نوع رابطه تعاملی و دو طرفه است به طریقی که صنعت مس و ارتباط تنگاتنگ آن با جوامع محلی، منابع طبیعی و محیط زیست و آثار انکارناپذیر این فعالیت‌ها بر زندگی بشر و طبیعت، حقوق بین‌الملل توسعه پایدار را متاثر از خود می‌سازد و حقوق بین‌الملل توسعه پایدار نیز تلاش دارد تا با وضع قواعد مدون چالش‌های زیست محیطی صنعت مس را به حداقل رساند.نتیجه: فعالیت‌های مس باید در جهت حداکثر سازی منافع اقتصادی، اجتماعی و کاهش آثار منفی زیست محیطی مورد توجه قرار گیرد که  ضمن رسیدن به توسعه پایدار زمینه لازم برای بهره مندی نسل آینده از منابع طبیعی و محیط زیست را فراهم آورد.

background and purpose: today, countries are trying to achieve sustainable development in the international legal system by using all their existing mechanisms, including natural and god-given resources, especially the copper industry, because there are many opportunities in the copper mining sector. and related industries are a driving force for the development of international economic cooperation. therefore, this article is a review of the mutual impact of the copper industry and the sustainable development of international law.materials and methods: this article is descriptive and analytical. materials and data are also qualitative and data collection was used in collecting materials and data.ethical considerations: in this article, the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness are observed.findings: the relationship between sustainable development, the copper industry and its distribution cycle is an interactive and two-way relationship in a way that the copper industry and its close relationship with local communities, natural resources and the environment and the undeniable effects of these activities on human life and nature affects the international law of sustainable development, and the international law of sustainable development also tries to minimize the environmental challenges of the copper industry by establishing codified rules.conclusion: copper activities should be considered in order to maximize economic and social benefits and reduce negative environmental effects, which, while achieving sustainable development, will provide the necessary ground for the next generation to benefit from natural resources and the environment.
