سیاستگذاری اقتصادی مبتنی بر قاعده نفی سبیل در مقابله با سیاست مبارزه با تروریسم آمریکا

زمینه و هدف: سیاستگذاری اقتصادی کشورهای اسلامی تاکنون نتوانسته به‌صورت مستقل دنبال شود که همین عاملی برای حضور آمریکا در منطقه با هدف کسب منافع اقتصادی با استفاده از ابزارهایی نظیر مبارزه با تروریسم بوده است. پژوهش حاضر درصدد است تا رویکرد سیاستگذاری اقتصادی در میان کشورهای اسلامی را با عنایت به قاعده نفی سبیل بررسی نماید.مواد و روش‌ها: مقاله حاضر از روش تحلیلی و توصیفی بهره برده و ابزار انجام پژوهش کتابخانه‌ای است. ملاحظات اخلاقی: در نگارش مقاله حاضر، ارجاع‌دهی مستند و امانتداری مبنا قرار گرفته است.یافته‌ها: مبارزه با تروریسم ابزاری برای پیگیری منافع آمریکا در غرب آسیا بوده که با ایجاد وابستگی متقابل اقتصادی میان کشورهای اسلامی، از بین بردن استقلال آنها و تثبیت جایگاه خود در نظام جهانی با سازوکاری اقتصادی و سیاسی است.نتیجه: سیاستگذاری اقتصادی مبتنی بر قاعده فقهی نفی سبیل در قالب ایجاد سازوکاری برای دلارزدایی از ساحت اقتصادی و مالی کشورهای اسلامی، کوشش برای یافتن یک ارز جایگزین، استفاده از تهاتر و تبدیل شدن به بازیگرانی کنشگر برای بدست گرفتن تعیین قیمت انرژی و استفاده از ابزار اقتصاد سیاسی کشورهای اسلامی است. کاهش دادن و غلبه بر هژمونی اقتصادی امریکا به به معنای تحقق احکام شریعت در عرصه سیاستگذاری اقتصادی کشورهای اسلامی است.

economic policymaking based on the negation of the mustache rule in confronting america’s counterterrorism policy

background and purpose: the economic policymaking of islamic countries has not been able to be pursued independently so far, which has been a factor in the presence of the united states in the region with the aim of gaining economic benefits by using tools such as fighting terrorism. the present study seeks to examine the approach to economic policymaking among islamic countries with regard to the rule of negation of the mustache. materials and methods:this article uses an analytical and descriptive method and is a library research tool. ethical considerations: in writing this article, documented referencing and trustworthiness have been the basis. findings: the fight against terrorism has been a tool for pursuing american interests in west asia, which aims to create economic interdependence among islamic countries, destroy their independence, and consolidate their position in the global system through economic and political mechanisms. conclusion:economic policymaking is based on the jurisprudential rule of negating the mustache in the form of creating a mechanism to de-dollarize the economic and financial sphere of islamic countries, trying to find an alternative currency, using barter and becoming active players to take over the determination of energy prices and using the tools of the political economy of islamic countries. reducing and overcoming the economic hegemony of the united states means realizing the injunctions of sharia in the economic policymaking sphere of islamic countries.
