نقش عوامل محیطی اقتصادی بر ارتکاب جرم و مسئولیت کیفری

زمینه و هدف: ارتکاب جرم تحت تاثیر عوامل مختلفی صورت می‌گیرد در بین عوامل مختلف، بررسی نقش عوامل محیطی اقتصادی از اهمیت بالایی برخوردار است. این امر به ویژه در شرایطی که وضعیت اقتصادی کشور در سطح مطلوبی قرار ندارد از اهمیت بالایی برخورداراست. هدف مقاله حاضر بررسی نقش عوامل محیطی اقتصادی بر ارتکاب جرم و مسئولیت کیفری است.مواد و روش‌ها: مقاله حاضر توصیفی تحلیلی است. مواد و داده‌ها نیز کیفی است و از فیش‌برداری در گردآوری مطالب و داده‌ها استفاده ‌شده است.ملاحظات اخلاقی: در این مقاله، اصالت متون، صداقت و امانت‌داری رعایت شده است.یافته‌ها: ادبیات اقتصاد جرم نشان می‌دهد که عوامل گوناگونی بر این پدیده اجتماعی موثر هستند. عوامل محیطی اقتصادی مانند فقر، بیکاری، تورم باعث شکل گیری عنصر محیطی به نام حاشیه‌نشینی شده و حاشیه نشینی به‌ صورت مستقیم و غیرمستقیم باعث افزایش فعالیت‌های مجرمانه می‌شود.نتیجه: نتیجه اینکه در هر جامعه‌ای میزان جرم رابطه مستقیمی با عوامل محیطی مانند فقر، بیکاری، تورم و حاشیه‌نشینی دارد پس به همان میزان با افزایش تورم و گسترش حاشیه‌نشینی به افزایش جرم منجرمی گردد. عوامل اقتصادی مانند تورم نه تنها بر بزهکاری بلکه بر ایجاد و گسترش معضل حاشیه نشینی نیز تاثیرگذار است و از طرفی پدیده حاشیه‌نشینی نیز به‌ عنوان یک عامل اجتماعی بر افزایش نرخ بزهکاری تاثیرگذار می‌باشد؛ پس شرایط ایجاب می‌نماید که شرایط اقتصادی مانند تورم در کشور که روند فزاینده‌ای پیدا کرده است از منظر اقتصاد جرم بیش از پیش مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

background and purpose: crime is committed under the influence of various factors. among the various factors, investigating the role of economic environmental factors is of great importance. this is especially important when the economic situation of the country is not at a favorable level. the purpose of this article is to investigate the role of economic environmental factors on crime and criminal responsibility.materials and methods: this article is descriptive and analytical. materials and data are also qualitative and data collection was used in collecting materials and data.ethical considerations: in this article, the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness are respected.findings: the crime economics literature shows that various factors are effective on this social phenomenon. economic environmental factors such as poverty, unemployment, inflation cause the formation of an environmental element called marginalization, and marginalization directly and indirectly causes an increase in criminal activities.result: the result is that in any society, the amount of crime has a direct relationship with environmental factors such as poverty, unemployment, inflation and marginalization, so the increase in inflation and the expansion of marginalization leads to an increase in crime of marginalization as a social factor affects the increase in the delinquency rate; therefore, the conditions require that economic conditions such as inflation in the country, which has found an increasing trend, should be paid more attention from the point of view of crime economy.
