سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی (fdi) و توسعه پایدار ایران بعد از انقلاب اسلامی

زمینه و هدف: سرمایه‌گذاری مستقیم خارجی (fdi) علاوه بر مزیت‌هایی که با خود به همراه دارد، به‌عنوان یکی از مهم‌ترین منابع دولت‌ها برای دستیابی به اهداف اسناد توسعه‌ای است. با توجه به نقش fdi در اقتصاد، هدف از این مقاله، مروری بر وضعیت fdi در ایران و شناسایی نقاط ضعف و قوت آن است.مواد و روش: این مقاله از نوع توصیفی تحلیلی می‌باشد. مواد و داده‌ها کیفی است و از فیش‌برداری در گردآوری مطالب استفاده شد.ملاحظات اخلاقی: در نگارش مقاله اصالت متون، صداقتداری و امانتداری شده است.یافته‌ها: علی‌رغم تدوین شش برنامه 5 ساله توسعه‌ای در کشورمان پس از انقلاب اسلامی، مقایسه میزان منابع پیش ‌بینی ‌شده در منابع توسعه‌ای از محل سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی با میزان منابع تحقق‌یافته از این محل، نشان می‌دهد که درصد اندکی از منابع پیش ‌بینی ‌شده در این برنامه‌ها تحقق‌یافته است.نتیجه: ادامه حضور و رقابت‌پذیری کشورمان در حوزه سرمایه‌گذاری خارجی، علاوه بر قواعد بین‌المللی، نیازمند دستیابی به الگویی مشخص و کاربردی برای تحقق توسعه ملی است. لذا عدم تحقق این مهم در اسناد بالادستی با وجود قرار گرفتن در منطقه ژئوپلیتیکی، برخورداری از منابع اولیه نفت و گاز و بازار نسبتاً بزرگ، لزوم بازنگری جدی در سیاست‌های راهبردی و توسعه‌ای در این حوزه را صدچندان می‌کند.

background and aim: foreign direct investment (fdi) is one of the most important resources for governments to achieve the goals of development documents, in addition to the advantages it brings. considering the role of fdi in the economy, the purpose of this article is to review the status of fdi in iran and identify its strengths and weaknesses.materials and methods: this article is descriptive and analytical. the materials and data are qualitative and data collection was used to collect the materials.ethical considerations: in writing the article, the originality of the texts, honesty and trustworthiness have been made.results: despite the preparation of six 5-year development plans in our country after the islamic revolution, comparing the amount of resources foreseen in development resources from the foreign investment location with the amount of resources realized from this location, shows that a small percentage of the resources predicted in these plans have been realized.conclusion: the continued presence and competitiveness of our country in the field of foreign investment, in addition to international rules, requires achieving a specific and practical model for the realization of national development. therefore, the non-fulfillment of this importance in the upstream documents, despite being located in the geopolitical region, having primary sources of oil and gas, and a relatively large market, makes the need for a serious review of strategic and development policies in this area a hundredfold.
