سازوکارهای مقابله با ابعاد اقتصادی خشونت خانگی علیه زنان

زمینه و هدف: خشونت اقتصادی علیه زنان در محیط خانواده از اشکال مختلف خشونت خانگی است که چندان مورد توجه قرار نگرفته و در این مقاله تلاش شده به سازوکارهای مقابله با آن پرداخته شود.ملاحظات اخلاقی: در این مقاله، اصالت متون، صداقت و امانت‌داری رعایت شده است.مواد و روش‌ها: مقاله حاضر از نوع نظری توصیفی تحلیلی بوده و از روش کتابخانه‌ای استفاده‌شده است.یافته‌ها: قانون گذار برای مقابله با خشونت اقتصادی خانگی، سازوکارهایی چون حق نفقه و حق اشغال برای زنان در نظر گرفته است اما این سازوکارها کافی به نظر نمی‌رسد. توانمندسازی زنان در قالب حرفه آموزی و فراهم کردن زمینه و فرصت اشتغال برای زنان در کنار فرهنگ سازی مهمترین سازوکارهایی است که می‌تواند در کاهش خشونت اقتصادی خانگی علیه زنان تاثیرگذار باشد. وقتی زنان از شغل و درآمد اقتصادی برخوردار هستند کمتر از لحاظ اقتصادی در معرض بزه دیده گی خشونت خانگی قرار می‌گیرند. ضمن اینکه آموزش و رشد فرهنگی نیز به تغییر دیدگاه مردان نسبت به زنان انجامیده و مانع استفاده مردان از حربه‌های اقتصادی جهت اعمال فشار و خشونت علیه زنان در محیط خانواده می‌شود.نتیجه‌گیری: قوانین موجود در مواجه با خشونت اقتصادی خانگی علیه زنان دارای نارسائی است. بر همین اساس، تدوین قوانین در راستای حمایت موثر از حقوق اقتصادی زنان به ویژه زنان خانه‌دار ضروری است.

background and purpose: economic violence against women in the family environment is one of the different forms of domestic violence that has not been paid much attention, and in this article an attempt has been made to deal with the mechanisms of dealing with it. ethical considerations: in this paper, the originality of the texts, honesty, and trustworthiness are preserved. materials and methods: this paper is descriptive and analytical, using library method.findings: domestic violence occurs in the form of the husband’s lack of support in providing for the wife’s needs and the denial of access to financial resources, and beyond that, the denial of her right to employment. to deal with domestic economic violence, the legislator has considered mechanisms such as the right of alimony and the right of occupation for women, but these solutions do not seem to be sufficient. empowering women in the form of vocational training and providing employment opportunities for women, along with culture building, are the most important solutions that can be effective in reducing domestic economic violence against women. education and cultural development have also led to the change of men’s views towards women and prevent men from using economic tactics to exert pressure and violence against women in the family environment. conclusion: considering the inadequacies in the field of protecting the economic rights of women in the family environment, it is necessary to formulate laws in order to effectively protect the economic rights of women, especially housewives.
