نقش توسعه اقتصادی در حفظ نظام اسلامی از نگاه فقه و حقوق

زمینه و هدف: توسعه اقتصادی و نظام سیاسی دارای آثار متقابلی بر یکدیگر هستند. پژوهش حاضر درصدد بررسی نقش توسعه اقتصادی در حفظ نظام اسلامی از منظر فقهی و حقوقی است.مواد و روش‌ها: پژوهش حاضر از نوع کیفی و  نظری است. روش استفاده شده نیز توصیفی - تحلیلی و مراجعه به منابع اسنادی از جمله منابع فقهی است.ملاحظات اخلاقی: در پژوهش حاضر، امانت داری در استفاده از منابع و ارجاع دهی دقیق رعایت شده است.یافته‌ها: توسعه اقتصادی در اسلام در صورتی که با ابتناء بر احیای موات و گسترش فرهنگ کار، بهره­گیری از انفاق و نفی ربا، ترویج وقف و اعتدال و دوری از تجمل گرایی بنا شود، نتایج حقوقی مهمی از جمله رفع محرومیت، فقرزدایی، ایجاد روابط مسالمت­آمیز میان مردم، نفی وابستگی به بیگانگان، قدرتمند شدن نظام اسلامی و برقراری عدالت را در پی خواهد داشت.نتیجه‌: الگوی توسعه اقتصادی اسلامی که در سایه امنیت اقتصادی قابل حصول است، در عمل باید رفع محرومیت ها، ایجاد رضایت میان مردم، ارائه خدمات و ترویج الگوی اقتصادی اسلام بر مبنای تعامل امور مادی و معنوی را اجرایی نماید. در این صورت رضایت مردم از نظام سیاسی حاصل می شود و نظام سیاسی در برابر تهدیدات داخلی و خارجی مصون می ماند.

background and aim: economic development and political system have reciprocal effects on each other. the present study seeks to investigate the role of economic development in maintaining the islamic system from a jurisprudential and legal perspective.materials and methods: the present study is qualitative and theoretical. the method used is also descriptive-analytical and referring to documentary sources including jurisprudential sources.ethical considerations: in the present study, fidelity in the use of resources and accurate referral has been observed.results: economic development in islam, if based on the developing barren lands and the spread of work culture, the use of charity and the denial of usury, the promotion of endowment and moderation and avoidance of luxury, important legal consequences such as deprivation, poverty alleviation, creation peaceful relations between the people will lead to the denial of dependence on foreigners, the strengthening of the islamic system and the establishment of justice.conclusion: the model of islamic economic development that can be achieved in the shadow of economic security, in practice should implement the elimination of deprivation, creating satisfaction among the people, providing services and promoting the economic model of islam based on the interaction of material and spiritual affairs. in this case, the people are satisfied with the political system and the political system is protected from internal and external threats.
