Despite all the efforts made in various industries to reduce accidents, many accidents threaten the industrial communities every year. these accidents, and especially the series of secondary accidents, become more dangerous, especially in the gas industry, and cause a lot of damage to gas and gas facilities, equipment, manpower and the environment . in which gas relief is at the forefront of gas accident operations in urban and rural gas supply. any explosion or accident caused by gas requires action and timely presence of gas relief. in controlling the gas, it is necessary to close the main valves, which sometimes by closing the main valve of the building or alamak valve, the gas leakage of the building can be stopped. however, when a gas leak in the distribution network is caused by an underground leak or from the ground for any reason, the valve or main valves of the distribution network must be closed to control the gas. gas relief by using specialized training and mastering the reading of maps and maps of gas distribution network valves can control the gas in the shortest possible time and prevent accidents. accordingly, the main purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of gas rescue forces management in the face of crisis (natural disasters, floods and earthquakes) on the performance of gas supply system elements. this research is descriptive in terms of research method and applied in terms of purpose. research data through documents, through a questionnaire whose reliability was confirmed by cronbach's alpha coefficient of 0.722. the statistical population of the study was 208 employees of urmia gas company that the sample size was selected and tested by simple random sampling method using morgan table 136 people. through the data obtained from the analysis of research hypotheses, all hypotheses were it was analyzed that the overall results show that there is a significant effect between the management of gas relief forces in the face of crisis (natural disasters, floods and earthquakes) on the performance of gas supply system elements and also between the management of gas relief forces with maneuver, crisis room , training of rescuers, telecommunication communication systems, vehicles have a significant impact.
