چکیده
|
Spikes are an important class of 3-connected matroids. for an integer r ≥ 3, each matroid that isobtained by relaxing one of the circuit-hyperplanes of an r-spike with rank r is isomorphic to anotherr-spike and repeating this procedure will produce other r-spikes. for all r ≥ 3, there are exactly twoternary spikes. in this paper, we give an algorithm to characterize the structure of these ternary spikes.
