necessity of overtranslation to import senseful lingo-messages to the target language

Translation as it is generally agreed is not just rendering the literal meaning of words or phrases as they appear in the source.since legal and judicial translations have their own special complexities, the traditional trends of semantic, communicative or any other “ic” ways to translate them would sometimes fall below the expectations of the readers in the target language because such productions may seem awkward and unusual.so, what is the solution? the most acceptable rendering should be close to the ways and manners of what the readers of such texts expect in the target language which bear their sensitivity for grave decisions. hence, the aim of this paper is to concentrate upon need for overtranslation in the afore-mentioned texts to make them sound more professional and culturally friendly to foreign authorities.
