   Thrive on Classes: A Review on Resilience Cultivation and Training Among Efl Teachers

چکیده    Countless factors significantly affect teachers’ psychological and occupational health and success; alter their well-being, efficacy, and performance in class and working place, and the quality of education as a result. resilience is a factor that helps teachers contrive to teach and feel well. as such, knowing the decisive factors that promote teachers’ resilience is of paramount importance from a psychological and social point of view. therefore, the present study sheds light on resilience as a factor that radically influences efl teachers, improves their well-being at work and helps them get along with challenges they often face in class and working environment. to this aim, the present study provides various definitions for teachers’ resilience from different perspectives. it also concentrates on the important role of resilience among teachers as well as the steps taken to improve it among teachers. later, the benefits of resilience training among teachers are discussed. finally, the results of previous studies on these issues will be reported. the findings of the current study lead to a better understanding of teachers’ resilience, help teachers understand the role of resilience, and add additional information to the existing literature on teachers’ resilience. the findings also have some implications for those who are interested in educational, psychological, and teacher-related issues.
