چکیده

Abstractalthough halal food usually refers to food products, which are prepared through sharia law such as halal butcher , animals with halal meat or non-alcoholic drinks, but since halal is a religious practice inherently, does not include only foods production process, but also obtaining these products with halal property is a category, which cannot be understood and organized by today world. in this study, given the importance of halal food in different religions, features of halal foods in islam and its instructions are addressed, and in this regard halal process – halal standard- and halal certifications are evaluated and introduced.
