بررسی تغییرات خانه های سنتی در گذر زمان با کمک نرم افزار چیدمان فضا (مطالعه موردی: خانه اکبر جوانمردی)

در دهه های اخیرگسترش ارتباطات و سهولت دسترسی و سفر به مناطق مختلف جهان باعث شده تا خصوصا در جوامع با قدمت تاریخی، باززنده سازی بافت های تاریخی و توسعه صنعت گردشگری مورد توجه دولت ها قرار گیرد. از آنجا که ادامه حیات بافت های تاریخی مستلزم حفظ حضور انسانی و جریان زندگی روزمره مردم در کوچه پس کوچه های بافت است، شناسایی بناهای تاریخی و ارزشمند بافت و حفظ حضور افراد (ساکنین و مخاطبین) در این بناها خواهد توانست به باززنده سازی بافت کمک کند و سبب رونق صنعت گردشگری شود. از اینرو تحقیقات بسیاری با هدف شناسایی کالبد اولیه بناهای تاریخی، بررسی تغییراتی که در طی ادوار مختلف در آن اتفاق افتاده و نیز چگونگی باززنده سازی و احیای آن صورت می گیرد. ایران به عنوان یکی از کشورهای دارای قدمت تاریخی و شیراز به عنوان یکی از شهرهای قدیمی و تاریخی آن که ارزش های معماری، شهرسازی، فرهنگی و هنری را در دل بافت تاریخی خود جای داده است، مورد مناسبی برای تحقیق و بررسی در این حوزه بشمار می آید.اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺑﺮ آن است ﺗﺎ در راستای دستیابی به اهداف فوق و به منظور پاسخگویی به سوالات پژوهش به بررسی تحلیلی خانه تاریخی جوانمردی (واقع در محله اسحق بیگ شیراز) در چهار حوزه همسایگی ، ارتباط فضایی ، دید و چشم انداز و نیز ساختار منظر آن بپردازد. در این پژوهش جمع آوری اطلاعات از طریق روش های میدانی و مصاحبه با صاحب خانه صورت گرفته و سعی شده با کمک یکی از نرم افزارهای تحلیل فضا (space syntax) و با روشی تفسیری- تاریخی به بررسی اطلاعات پرداخته شود. نتایج در قالب چهار حوزه مذکور، به بیان تغییرات بنا و نمایش اثرات مثبت یا منفی این تغییرات بر رفتار استفاده کنندگان از آن، در جهت کمک به باززنده سازی و احیای این بنای ارزشمند تاریخی می پردازد.

Investigating the changes of traditional houses over the time with the help of space syntax software (Case study: Akbar Javanmardi house)

In recent decades, the expansion of communication and open access and travel to different parts of the world has led to the attention of governments, especially in historically ancient societies, the rehabilitation of historical contexts and the development of the tourism industry .The survival of historical textures requires the preservation of the human presence and the flow of people s daily lives in the street context, Identifying valuable historical buildings and maintaining the presence of people (residents and audiences) in this building will be able to revitalize context to help and boost the tourism industry. Many researches are carried out with the aim of identifying the first framework of historical buildings, examining the changes that have taken place in it during different periods, as well as how it is regenerated and restored. Iran as one of the countries with historical antiquity and Shiraz as one of its old and historical cities that values. It has placed architecture, urban planning, culture and art in the heart of its historical context, it is a suitable case for research and study in this field. This research aims to achieve the above goals .Analytical study of Javanmardi s historical house (located in Ishaq Beig neighborhood of Shiraz) in four areas: neighborhood , spatial communication , outlook and landscape structure . this research with data collection through field methods and interviews with The owner of the house has tried to examine the information with the help of one of the space analysis software (Space Syntax) and with the interpretive-historical method. The behavior of its users, in order to help revitalize and revive this valuable historical building.
