بررسی اندیشه‌های ناصرالدین‌شاه قاجار با تاکید بر سفرنامه‌ها

دوران پنجاه ساله سلطنت ناصرالدین‌شاه با تحولات مختلف سیاسی، اجتماعی و اداری شناخته شده و می‌توان این دوران را نقطه آشنایی ایرانیان با مظاهر تمدن غرب و تجدد دانست. ناصرالدین‌شاه با سفر به فرنگ به خودآگاهی انتقادی رسیده و ضرورت اصلاحات را درک کرده است. او در تمام سفرهایش آنچه را که دیده به‌سادگی نوشته و سفرنامه های او شرایط آن دوره و تاثیرپذیری وی را به‌خوبی نشان می دهد. او سعی داشته هرآنچه در فرنگ وجود دارد در کشور ایجاد کند تا این‌گونه بستر ترقی را فراهم کند. این پژوهش با هدف بررسی سفرنامه‌های ناصرالدین‌شاه و آشنایی با اندیشه های او در حوزه ی شهرسازی انجام شده است. شیوه گردآوری اطلاعات، کتابخانه‌ای و اسنادی است و پژوهش از نوع مروری و با استناد به متون سفرنامه‌های ناصرالدین‌شاه قاجار می‌باشد. با توجه به نبود نظریه های بومی در عرصه شهرسازی در کشور ما و اقتباس اندیشه های غربی به‌طور کاملاً بومی‌سازی نشده و غرب گرایانه، ضرورت بررسی این اندیشه ها و تولید نظریات بومی آشکار می گردد. یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد که حکومت ناصرالدین‌شاه پیش درآمدی برای ورود جامعه ایران به درون مناسبات غرب بوده که موجب شد عناصر مدرن و گوناگون آن تمدن به ایران وارد شوند. دارالخلافه ناصری بستر اجتماعات را شکل داده و با ایجاد فضاهای عمومی بزرگ و خیابان‌کشی، فضای حرکت مردم را ایجاد کرده و ناخواسته بستر انقلاب مشروطه را فراهم کرده است. ناصرالدین‌شاه علاوه بر دست‌به‌قلم بودن، جایگاهی مهم داشته و می توانسته به تفکرات خود جامه عمل بپوشاند، درعین‌حال عده ای با زیر سوال بردن سفرهای پرهزینه به تکفیر او پرداخته و عده‌ای سفرهای او را ارزشمند دانسته و او را ستایش کردند، لیکن مطالعه ای به دور از قصد و غرض و بی‌طرف بسیار کم صورت پذیرفته است.

Survey Thoughts Of Naserodin shah Qajar With Emphasis On Travelogue

The fifty years of Naserodin Shah s reign are known for various political, social and administrative developments and this period can be considered as the point of familiarity of Iranians with the manifestations of Western civilization and modernity. Naserodin Shah reached a critical self-awareness by traveling to Europe and understood the need for reform. In all his travels he writes simply what he has seen and his travelogues show the conditions of that period and his influence very well. He tried to create everything in the country in order to provide such a platform for progress. This research has been done with the aim of reviewing Naserodin Shah s travelogues and getting acquainted with his ideas in the field of urban planning. The method of collecting information is library and documents and the research is of review type and based on the texts of Naserodin Shah Qajar s travelogues. Due to the lack of indigenous theories in the field of urban planning in our country and the adaptation of Western ideas that are not completely localized and Westernized, the need to study these ideas and produce indigenous theories becomes apparent. Findings show that the rule of Naserodin Shah was a prelude to the entry of Iranian society into Western relations, which caused the modern and various elements of that civilization to enter Iran. The Naseri Government, formed the bedrock of communities and, by creating large public spaces and street killings, created the space for people to move and inadvertently provided the bedrock of the Constitutional Revolution. Naserodin Shah, in addition to being a penman, had an important position and could put his thoughts into practice. At the same time, some people have excommunicated her by questioning her costly travels, and some have considered her travels valuable and praised her, but very few studies have been done far from the intention and impartiality.
