چکیده
|
In this talk, we will consider the birkhoff sums f(n; x; h), wheref is a continuous function with zero average on the unit circle, generated byirrational rotation. we show that the unique boundary condition of growthrate of sequence max f(n; x; h) for n ! 1; if the average of the birkho sums, i.e. 1n f(n; x; h) is approaching to zero.
