چکیده    As iran, is a custodian of natural gas, mine and minerals, the future global market trend figure-a dictates a very strong demand for iranian iron and steel industries and hence, there is a need for a very strong electrical network and grid to feed these industries. just at a glance, this presentation indicates global the past, present and future history of giant iron and steel industries electrical system and their problems since the year 1976, inception of esfahan steel company, mobarakeh steel at esfahan, iron and steel ahwaz, bandar abbas. the authors witnessed the weak design of electrical network system and noticed the same mistakes being repeated in extension of new networks causing severe production interruptions, unknown grid disturbances due to eaf operation and/or failures and grid poor quality performances. this paper high lights the problems of dirty buses and clean bus system and recommend the best applicable technology for future electrical systems to feed good power quality for bulk iron and steel industry customer and iranian grid network . also, this paper introduces method to harvest water reduction and energy consumptions.
