بررسی تفاوت های فرآیند انتقال دانش در همکاری هایی با هدف انتقال دانش متمم و مکمل

شتاب زیاد تغییرات فناورانه و پراکنده بودن دانش در بین بنگاه ها، بسیاری از بنگاه ها را بر آن داشته است که به انتقال دانش از خارج از سازمان، با استفاده از همکاری های بین سازمانی، روی بیاورند. این پژوهش به دنبال پاسخ به این سوال است که فرآیند انتقال دانش، در همکاری هایی با هدف انتقال دانش متمم (همکاری‌هایی که دو شریک با پایه دانش مشابه با هدف افزایش رقابت‌پذیری‌شان شکل می‌دهند) و مکمل (همکاری‌هایی که دو طرف با شایستگی محوری متفاوت با هدف افزایش قلمرو کسب‌و‌کارشان شکل می‌دهند) چه تفاوت هایی دارد. برای این منظور از ابزار مصاحبه با مدیران صنعت داروسازی ایران که شرکت-های آنها تجربه موفقیت در همکاری هایی با هدف انتقال دانش متمم و مکمل را داشته اند، و از روش آنالیز تم استفاده شد. مطابق نتایج پژوهش فرآیند انتقال دانش متمم و دانش مکمل حداقل از 12 جنبه، که در این پژوهش به آن پرداخته می‌شود، دارای تفاوت است.

Investigating the differences of knowledge transfer process in collaborations by the aim of transferring complementary and supplementary knowledge

The rapid pace of technological change and the dispersion of knowledge across firms have led many firms to move toward knowledge transfer through inter-organizational collaborations. This research seeks to answer the question of what are the differences of the process of knowledge transfer in collaborations aimed at transfer of complementary or supplementary knowledge. For this purpose, interview tool (with Iranian pharmaceutical industry executives whose companies had successful experience in collaborations aimed at transfer of supplementary and complementary knowledge) and thematic analysis method were used. The results show that the four-step process of knowledge transfer in complementary knowledge transfer collaborations and supplementary knowledge transfer collaborations differs at least in 12 aspects that are investigated in this research.
