   organization culture and organizational climate of staff in higher education institutions providing sports education

چکیده    The aim of this study is to examine the organizational culture and organizational climate levels of the administrative personnel working in the sports education higher education institutions of universities in terms of different variables and to determine the relationship between them. the research group consisted of 200 administrative personnel working in different universities. the “organizational culture scale” developed by harrison (1970) and adapted into turkish by mamatoğlu (2004) and the “organizational culture scale” developed by rogg et al., (2001) and adapted into turkish by özdemir (2006) “climate scale” was used. in the analysis of the data, arithmetic mean and standard deviation techniques from descriptive statistics were used. t-test was used to determine whether the organizational culture and organizational climate levels of the administrative staff differ in terms of gender, and one-way analysis of variance (anova) was used to determine whether they differ according to the working time in the institution. in order to determine the relationship between the organizational culture and organizational climate levels of the administrative staff, multiple regression analysis was used to determine the pearson correlation coefficient technique and its predictor. in the results obtained in the research; it has been observed that the organizational culture and organizational climate levels of the administrative staff are high. while there is no significant difference in organizational culture and organizational climate levels in terms of gender variable; a significant difference was found in terms of the variable of working time in the institution. in the study, a strong and positive relationship was observed in the organizational culture scale and organizational climate scale sub-dimensions and overall. in addition, it has been determined that organizational culture is a strong predictor of organizational climate.
