کارکرد نانو تکنولوژی به ‌عنوان ابزاری قدرتمند در کشف جرائم

زمینه و هدف: با پیشرفت فناوری، شیوه‌های ارتکاب جرم نیز متحول شده و برای پلیس و دستگاه قضایی که تکلیف به کشف جرم و تعقیب متهمان را دارند به یک مزیت مبدل شده است. بر این اساس و در راستای بهبود کیفیت کشف جرائم لازم است تا روش‌های سنتی، بازتعریف شده و بر اساس فناوری نوین به‌روز شوند. بر این مبنا در این مقاله به بررسی این امر می‌پردازیم که استفاده از نانو فناوری چه تاثیری در فرآیند کشف جرم دارد؟روش: این مقاله به شیوه توصیفی- تحلیلی نگارش یافته است.یافته‌ها: استفاده از فناوری نانو موجب شکل‌گیری بهتر جایگاه پلیس علمی و تجهیز بیشتر پزشکی قانونی در فرآیند کشف جرم می‌گردد. ظهور تکنیک‌های نانو فناوری با استفاده از نانو ذرات پتانسیل زیادی در توسعه و شناسایی اثرانگشت تا سطح نسل بعدی که به نام اثرانگشت نانو شناخته می‌شود، نشان داده است. در خصوص کشف جرم جعل باید گفت که یکی از شیوه‌های مقابله و کشف جعل استفاده از بارکد نانو، برچسب‌های نانو کامپوزیتی و نانو لیبلینگ می‌باشد.نتایج: فناوری نانو در تشخیص بقایای مواد منفجره نیز کاربرد دارد. همچنین یکی از مهم‌ترین مسائل در پزشکی قانونی و کشف جرم، تخمین زمان مرگ است که فناوری نانو توانسته به این چالش پاسخ مناسب دهد. نانوتکنولوژی در تجزیه‌وتحلیل دی- ان- ای و تخمین سن لکه‌های خون نیز نقش مهمی دارد و همچنین با پیشرفت علوم استفاده از نانو بیوفناوری نیز در کشف جرم رواج یافته است.
