شناسایی عوامل موثر بر بدرقه متهمان توسط ضابطان دادگستری

زمینه و هدف: نظارت و آموزش و تامین تجهیزات و وسایل نقلیه مناسب ارتباط تنگاتنگی با اقدامات و تصمیمات ضابطان در بدرقه متهم دارد. پلیس به عنوان ضابط عام دادگستری و در خط مقدم بدرقه متهمان در این خصوص وظایفی در راستای آموزش، نظارت، تجهیزات و خودروهای حمل‌ونقل متهمان بر عهده دارد؛ بنابراین هدف از این تحقیق، شناسایی عوامل موثر بر بدرقه متهمان توسط ضابطان است.روش: این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و به لحاظ ماهیت داده‌ها و شیوۀ اجرا، از نوع پژوهش‌های کیفی است. همچنین نمونه‌گیری به شیوۀ هدفمند و به روش گلوله برفی تا حد اشباع نظری است که در این پژوهش تعداد پنجاه نفر است.یافته‌ها: بر اساس مصاحبه‌های صورت گرفته دربارۀ شناسایی عوامل موثر بر بدرقه متهمان در پژوهش حاضر تعداد 56 شاخص، شناسایی و منجر به تدوین تعداد 4 مقوله فرعی و 1 مقوله اصلی شد که عبارت‌اند از: اولویت‌بندی مقوله‌های استخراج‌شده نشان داد؛ عوامل آموزشی با مقدار (0.435) بالاترین وزن را نسبت به دو گزینه دیگر به خود اختصاص داده، لذا در اولویت اول، بدرقه متهمان قرار دارد. عوامل نظارتی با وزن (0.287) در اولویت دوم و تجهیزات با وزن (0.147) در اولویت سوم و عوامل خودرویی با وزن (0.131) در اولویت چهارم قرار گرفتند. نتایج: آموزش ضابطان در جهت هر چه‌بهتر انجام دادن وظایف قانونی و همچنین نظارت بر پروسه بدرقه متهمان از زمان خروج تا تحویل، تجهیزات متناسب با این امر و خودروهای مجهز شده و مناسب حمل‌ونقل متهمان، جملگی در کاهش جرم فرار متهم و کارآیی و اثربخشی نقل‌وانتقال توسط ماموران با اهمیت می‌باشند.

field and aims: supervision, training and provision of suitable equipment and vehicles are closely related to the actions and decisions of the officers in the pursuit of the accused. the police, as the general bailiff and in the front line of escorting the accused, are responsible for the training, supervision, equipment and transport vehicles of the accused; therefore, the purpose of this research is to identify the factors affecting the chasing away of the accused by the bailiffs.method: in terms of purpose, this research is applied, and in terms of the nature of the data and the method of implementation, it is a type of qualitative research. also, sampling is done in a purposeful way and by the snowball method until the theoretical saturation, which is fifty people in this research.findings: based on the interviews conducted regarding the identification of factors affecting the prosecution of the accused in the current research, 56 indicators were identified and led to the formulation of 4 sub-categories and 1 main category, which are: prioritization of the extracted categories showed; educational factors with a value of (0.435) have the highest weight compared to the other two options, so the first priority is to chase away the accused. supervisory factors with a weight of (0.287) were ranked second, equipment with a weight of (0.147) ranked third, and automotive factors with a weight of (0.131) ranked fourth.conclusions: the training of officers in order to perform their legal duties as well as possible, as well as monitoring the process of escorting the accused from the time of departure to delivery, the equipment suitable for this and the vehicles equipped and suitable for the transportation of the accused, including in reducing the crime of escape of the accused and efficiency. and the effectiveness of transfer by agents are important.
