اقدامات پیشگیرانه پلیس در قبال جرم کلاهبرداری در محیط کسب و کار

زمینه و هدف: هدف این پژوهش تعیین نقاط قوت ،ضعف فرصت ها و تهدیدهای در پیشگیری از جرم کلاهبرداری در محیط کسب و کار و ارائه راهکارهای اجرایی به منظور بهبود سوات و تدوین راهبردهای مناسب بر اساس تحلیل برنامه ها می باشد.روش پژوهش حاضر به روش کیفی با انجام مصاحبه های کیفی نیمه ساختار یافته صورت گرفته است که روایی آن به صورت صوری و اعتبار سنجی آن از طریق تشکیل جلسات با خبرگان و کارشناسان و در نهایت با گرفتن نظرات اساتید راهنما و مشاور می باشد جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر مدیران و کارشناسان حوزه کلاهبرداری در فرماندهی کل انتظامی و قضات متخصص در حوزه کلاهبرداری در قوه قضاییه هستند که در فرآیندهای پیشگیری از این جرم اثر گذار هستند یا از آن تاثیر میپذیرند ذی نفعان و روش نمونه گیری هدفمند مبتنی بر معیار و گلوله برفی انتخاب شد. در نهایت، حجم نمونه 17 نفر آن در فرایند پژوهش بر اساس اصل اشباع نظری تعیین شد. کارگروه های (خبر رگان و کارشناسان در قالب گروه کانونی یا به روش طوفان مغزی مذکور به منظور تحلیل محیطی، تشکیل ماتریس سوآت و تدوین راهبردی مد نظر قرار گرفت. یافته ها: یافته های پژوهش نشان داده است که فراجا برای پیشگیری از جرم کلاهبرداری در محیط کسب و کار با 10 نقطه قوت و 26 نقاط ضعف مواجه میباشد و از طرفی بر اساس نظر مصاحبه شوندگان تهدیدهای احصا شده به تعداد 44 و فرصت پیش رو 7 تا می باشد :نتایج به طور کلی اقدامات های پیشگیرانه از قبیل حل مشکلات قانونی و بحرانهای روزمره کلاهبرداری در محیط کسب و کار و فضای مجازی افزایش هم افزایی و آموزش حوزه کسب و کار و حفظ ثبات و پیشگیری از جرم کلاهبرداری به عنوان اقدامات پیشگیرانه پلیس نقش به سزایی در کاهش جرم کلاهبرداری در کسب و کار دارند.

preventive measures of the police against the crime of fraud in the business environment

field and aims: the purpose of this research is to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the prevention of fraud in the business environment and provide implementation solutions to improve swat and develop appropriate strategies based on the analysis of programs.method: the present research has been carried out in a qualitative way by conducting qualitative semi-structured interviews. its validity is formal and its validation is through holding meetings with experts and finally by getting the opinions of supervisors and consultants. the statistical population of the current research are managers and experts in the field of fraud in the general police command and judges specializing in the field of fraud in the judiciary who are effective in the processes of preventing this crime or are affected by it (stakeholders). and the purposeful sampling method based on criteria and snowball was chosen finally, the sample size of 17 people was determined in the research process based on the principle of theoretical saturation. the aforementioned working groups (experts and experts in the form of a focus group or brainstorming method) were considered in order to analyze the environment, form the swat matrix, and develop a strategy.findings: the research findings have shown that faraja faces 10 strong points and 26 weak points to prevent the crime of fraud in the business environment. and on the other hand, according to the opinion of the interviewees, there are 44 threats and 7 upcoming opportunities.conclusions: in general, preventive measures such as: solving legal problems and daily crises of fraud in the business environment and virtual space, increasing synergy and training in the business sector, and maintaining stability and preventing fraud crimes as preventive measures of the police. they are useful in reducing the crime of fraud in business.
