تامین امنیت بزه دیدگان جرایم علیه حقوق اساسی ملت

زمینه وهدف: به دلیل مخاطره آمیز بودن وضعیت بزه دیده در روند دادرسی و تاثیراو در سرنوشت پرونده کیفری ایجاب می نماید تا با تامین امنیت وی به ویژه درجرایم علیه حقوق اساسی ملت از او حفاظت وحمایت کافی به عمل آید .زیرا در این دسته از جرایم قربانیان به تنهایی نمی توانند در برابرمقامات ومامورینی که از قدرت خود سوء استفاده می کنند،بایستند.لذا می طلبد تدابیر ویژه ای برای حفاظت آنان اندیشیده شود. روش پژوهش :این پژوهش ازنظر هدف کاربردی وموضوع آن نظری است وارائه مطالب نیز به سبک توصیفی وتحلیلی می باشد.یافته ها : تامین امنیت بزه دیدگان جرایم علیه حقوق اساسی ملت در قوانین ایران چه درمساله حفظ هویت آنان وچه در موضوع تامین امنیت جسمانی -روانی دارای چالش های فراوانی است و به منظور تامین هرچه بیشتر امنیت بزه دیدگان، باید مجموعه ای از عوامل و نهادها از جمله قوای تقنینی و قصایی واجرایی دخالت وهمکاری داشته باشند.نتیجه گیری: مهم ترین الزامات برای تامین امنیت بزه دیدگان جرایم علیه حقوق اساسی ملت ، انتخاب قضات ویژه و متخصص ،کتمان هویت ، تخصصی شدن مراجع رسیدگی واستفاده از فناوری های نوین به جای حضورفیزیکی بزه دیده توام با سازوکارهای لازم برای جبرات خسارات مادی ومعنوی آنان است.
