اولویت بندی ابعاد و مولفه های جرم یابی سرقت خودرو

زمینه و هدف: سرقت خودرو یکی از مهم‌ترین جرایم علیه اموال و مالکیت افراد است که در غالب موارد، وقوع آن علاوه بر ایجاد مشکلات عدیده مالی و معیشتی برای مالباختگان می‌تواند به‌عنوان ابزار ارتکاب جرایمی دیگر مانند سرقت‌های مسلحانه، آدم‌ربایی، حمل و نقل مواد مخدر، قاچاق کالا و ... مورد استفاده بزهکاران قرار گیرد. در همین راستا هدف این پژوهش اولویت‌بندی ابعاد و مولفه‌های جرم‌یابی سرقت خودرو است.روش: این پژوهش کمی از لحاظ نوع توصیفی- پیمایشی و به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی است. جامعه‌آماری مطابق فرمول کوکران به تعداد 152 نفر از کارآگاهان، کارشناسان و افسران تحقیق اداره مبارزه با سرقت خودرو پلیس آگاهی سراسر کشور است که با استفاده از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته اطلاعات آماری جمع‌آوری شده و پرسشنامه فوق دارای روایی و پایایی بوده است. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌های آماری پژوهش از نرم‌افزار (spss) و از آماره‌های ناپارامتری فریدمن برای آزمون فرضیات استفاده شده است.یافته‌ها: یافته‌های حاصل از رتبه‌بندی نشان داده که مولفه‌های بعد اطلاعاتی جرم‌یابی سرقت خودرو حاصل از آزمون ناپارامتری فریدمن به ترتیب اقدامات فنی و مخابراتی با میانگین (3/94)، ابزارهای تکنولوژیکی روز با میانگین (3/68)، مصاحبه و بازجویی با میانگین (3/65)، بانک‌های اطلاعاتی با میانگین (3/62)، کنترل مجرمین با میانگین (3/57) و تعقیب و مراقبت با میانگین (3/55) هستند.نتایج: همچنین نتایج تحقیق نشان می‌دهد؛ ابعاد و مولفه‌های اطلاعاتی، عملیاتی، علمی و فنی در جرم‌یابی سرقت خودرو تاثیر بسزایی داشته است؛ لذا برای ارتقای (کمی و کیفی) میزان جرم‌یابی سرقت خودرو پلیس در یک رویکرد جامع‌نگر و هوشمندانه از همه ابعاد و مولفه‌های اطلاعاتی، علمی و فنی (آزمایشگاهی) عملیاتی، جرم‌یابی سرقت خودرو باید بیشترین بهره را ببرد.

Prioritize the dimensions and components of car theft criminalization

Field and Aims: Car theft is one of the most important crimes against property and ownership of individuals, which in most cases, in addition to creating many financial and livelihood problems for the victims can be used as a tool to commit other crimes such as armed robbery, kidnapping, transportation and Drug trafficking, smuggling of goods, etc. should be used by criminals. In this regard, the purpose of this study is to prioritize the dimensions and components of car theft criminalization.Method: This research is quantitative in terms of descriptive-survey type and applied in terms of purpose. The statistical population according to Cochran’s formula consists of 152 detectives, experts and research officers of the Anti-Theft Office of the National Intelligence Police, which was collected using a researcher-made questionnaire and the above questionnaire was valid and reliable. In order to analyze the statistical data of the research, software (SPSS) and non-parametric Friedman statistics were used to test the hypotheses.Findings: The findings of the ranking showed that the components of the information dimension of car theft criminalization obtained from the non-parametric Friedman test were technical and telecommunication measures with average (3.94), modern technological tools with average (3.68), interview and interrogation, respectively. With an average (3.65), databases with an average (3.62), criminal control with an average (3.57) and pursuit and surveillance with an average (3.55).Conclusion: The results of the research also show; Information, operational, scientific and technical dimensions and components have had a significant impact on the criminalization of car theft; Therefore, in order to improve (quantitatively and qualitatively) the rate of criminalization of police car theft in a comprehensive and intelligent approach of all dimensions and components of information, scientific and technical (laboratory) operations, criminalization of car theft should benefit the most.
