نقش انگیزه در قتل های عمد (مطالعه موردی استان قم)

زمینه و هدف:جرم قتل، جرمی است که مخرّب ترین اثر را نسبت به تمامیت جسمانی قربانیان بر جا می گذارد. این جرم، فی نفسه موجب ایجاد و تقویت ترس، رعب و وحشت در میان عموم افراد جامعه است. در مطالعه جرم شناختی قتل عمدی، انگیزه نقش مهمی را در تحقق آن دارد، انگیزه که گاهی از آن به داعی، باعث و غرض تعبیر می شود هدف نهایی از ارتکاب جرم است و مرتکب را به سوی ارتکاب جرم سوق می دهد. در واقع می توان گفت انگیزه عامل حرکت به سوی ارتکاب جرایم نظیر قتل عمد است. از این رو؛ قتل عمدی نیز مانند سایر جرایم متاثر از انگیزه های متعدد است.روش: این پژوهش یک مطالعه همبستگی از نوع کمی است، که واحد تحلیل پروندهای قتل است و از داده‌های ثانویه برای تحلیل روابط بین متغیرها استفاده شده است. داده‌های موجود در پرونده‌ها به صورت کمی وارد کامپیوتر شده و با استفاده از بسته ‌آماری spss داده‌های مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفته‌اند. جامعه آماری در این تحقیق تعداد 116 پرونده قتل ارتکابی از سال 1390 الی 1394 در استان قم است که پس از اخذ مجوز از مراجع ذی‌ربط جمع آوری شده و از حیث عوامل و انگیزه ها مورد تحلیل قرار گرفته اند و انگیزه تمامی قاتلین نیز مورد بررسی قرار گرفته شده است.یافته‌ها: تحلیل ها نشان می دهد انگیزه های مختلفی نظیر بیماری روانی، خیانت و تنفر از زندگی، انحرافات اخلاقی و جنسی، سرقت، انتقام و ...  در ارتکاب قتل های عمدی نقش ایفا می کنند که این انگیزه در خصوص قربانیان مرد در استان قم یشتر متاثر از انگیزه نزاع و درگیری (جرایم خیابانی) و در خصوص قربانیان زن بیشتر متاثر از انگیزه های جنسی، خیانت و انحرافات اخلاقی (جرایم آپارتمانی) است. همچنین استنباط‌های آماری ناشی از تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داده که انگیزه‌های قتل توانسته است حدود 45 درصد از افزایش قتل در جامعه را تبیین کند.نتایج: نتایج حاصل از پژوهشِ انگیزه شناسی در قتل های عمد ِاستان قم نشان داد که جرم  قتل عمد در قربانیان مرد با رویت پذیری و قابلیت گزارش دهی بالا و در قربانیان زن عکس این موضوع صادق است و انگیزه های متکثر همچون خشونت طلبی، خیانت، اختلاف حساب،انتقام جویی و.. است.

The Role of Motivation in Premeditated Manslaughter (Case Study of Qom Province)

Field and Aims: The crime of murder is the crime that has the most destructive effect on the physical integrity of the victims. This crime, in itself, creates and strengthens fear, terror and panic among the general public. In the criminological study of premeditated murder, motive plays an important role in its realization. In fact, it can be said that the motive is to move towards committing crimes such as premeditated murder. Hence; Intentional homicide, like other crimes, is motivated by multiple motives.Method: This study is a quantitative correlation study, which is the unit of analysis of murder cases and secondary data has been used to analyze the relationships between variables. the data in the files were entered into the computer quantitatively and the data were analyzed using the SPSS statistical package. The statistical population in this study is 116 murder cases from 1390 to 1394 in Qom province, which were collected after obtaining permission from relevant authorities and were analyzed in terms of factors and motives, and the motives of all murderers were examined.Findings: Analyzes show that various motives such as mental illness, betrayal and hatred of life, moral and sexual perversions, theft, revenge, etc. play a role in committing premeditated murders, which is the motive for the victims. Men in Qom province are more affected by the motives of quarrels and conflicts (street crimes) and in the case of female victims are more affected by sexual motives, betrayal and moral deviations (apartment crimes). Also, statistical inferences from regression analysis showed that murder motives could explain about 45% of the increase in homicide in society.Conclusion: The results of motivational research in premeditated murders in Qom province showed that the crime of premeditated murder is true in male victims with high visibility and reporting ability and in female victims the opposite is true and multiple motives such as violence, betrayal, Account disputes, revenge, and so on.
