سعادت‌نگری و لذت‌نگری بر روی پیوستار: کمّی‌سازی سبک لذت‌بری سعادت‌نگر براساس یک مدل مفهومی در منابع اسلامی

هدف پژوهش حاضر ارائه ابزاری برای کمّی‌سازی سبک لذت‌بری بر‌اساس یک مدل مفهومی در منابع اسلامی است. این مدل مفهومی، لذت‌بری را بر روی پیوستاری از سعادت‌نگری تا لذت‌نگری؛ دو رویکرد مهم در بهباشی نشان می‌دهد. برای استخراج مولفه‌های مدل مفهومی لذت‌بری سعادت‌نگر و لذت‌نگر در منابع اسلامی، از روش توصیفی‌‌‌تحلیلی در گزاره‌های دینی و برای بررسی ویژگی‌های مقیاس از روش پیمایشی استفاده شده است. به منظور تدوین مقیاس سبک لذت‌بری گویه‌های مناسب بر‌اساس مولفه‌های نظری طراحی شد. برای تعیین روایی ابزار، گویه‌های اولیه مورد ارزیابی کارشناسان روان‌شناسی که با متون اسلامی آشنایی داشتند، قرار گرفت. این مقیاس در نمونه 360 نفری شامل طلاب علوم دینی و معلمان مقطع ابتدایی شهرستان قم اجرا شد. نتایج نشان می‌دهد مقیاس سبک‌ لذت‌بری بر‌اساس منابع اسلامی 92/0 اعتبار دارد. توافق بالا میان نظرات اکثر کارشناسان (33/83 درصد) به محتوای پرسش‌ها روایی محتوایی آن را نشان‌ می‌دهد. نتایج تحلیل عوامل نیز روایی و ساختار عاملی مناسبی را نشان می‌دهد. نتیجه تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی استخراج پنج عامل مبتنی‌بر ویژگی‌های سبک لذت‌بری کارآمد در منابع اسلامی بوده است. این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که سبک لذت‌بری بر‌اساس منابع اسلامی قابل کمّی‌شدن است و مقیاس ساخته‌شده، ویژگی‌های روان‌سنجی لازم را دارد. این مقیاس از پنج عامل (تعالی‌جویی، مهارگری، هدفمندی، عاقبت‌اندیشی و میانه‌روی) تشکیل شده است. 

eudaimonia and hedonia on the continuum: the quantification of eudaimonic savouring style based on a conceptual model in islamic sources

the present research aims at constructing a instrument to quantify savouring style ased on a conceptual model in islamic sources. this conceptual model demonstrate the savouring on a continuum of hedonia to eudaimonia. the descriptive analytic method in religious statements was used to extract the components of hedinic and eudaimonic savouring conceptual model in islamic sources, and survey method to evaluate the characteristics of the scale. in order to preparation savouring style scale, appropriate items was designed according to theoretical components. to determine the validity, psychology experts who were specialist in islamic teachings evaluated items. the scale was conducted in a sample of 360 participants, including seminary students and primary school teachers of the city of qom. the results showed the reliability of savouring style scale based on islamic sources is 92/0. high agreement between the viewpoints of the majority of experts (83/33%) about the content of items showed content validity of the questionnaire. factor analysis showed the validity and appropriate factor structure. as a result, the exploratory factor analysis extracted five factors according to the characteristics of efficient savouring style based on islamic sources. this study shows according to islamic references, savouring style made to quantify, and psychometric properties of its scale is acceptable. the scale has been formed of five factors (spititual seeking, control, purpose, provident and temperance).
