درآمدی بر نظریه تشکیک اسلامیت جوهره مدیریت

ارائه تعاریف متعدد از مفهوم «مدیریت اسلامی» با رویکردهای مختلفی چون حِکمی، فقهی و اخلاقی، نوعی تشتت مفهومی ایجاد کرده است. قائل نشدن تفاوت میان این رویکردها و یا مسکوت ماندن آن برای سبک مدیریتی که علاوه بر معیار مطروحه در یک تلقی حداقلی، معیارها و ارزش‌های بیشتری را مبنای عمل قرار می‌دهد از یک سو، و اسلامی ندانستن عمل مدیریتی که خارج از محدوده مضیق تعریف شده در رویکرد دیگری بوده از دیگر سو، مسئله مهمی را پیش روی اندیشه‌ورزان این عرصه قرار داده است. آیا می‌توان مفهومی مشکک از مدیریت اسلامی ارائه داد تا تلقی‌های مختلف را در خود جای دهد؟ این مفهوم، چه سطوح و مشخصاتی دارد؟ در این مقاله، با استفاده از روش تحلیلی توصیفی ابتدا مفهوم مدیریت، واکاوی شده و سپس نقطه تلاقی آن با مکتب اسلام (هدف و فرایند)، به دست آمده است. سپس با بررسی حالات مختلفی که این دو با اسلام پیدا می‌کنند، مشخص شد که بین دو حالتی که مدیریت و اسلام در تطابق و تعارض هستند، حالات مختلف دیگری نیز حاصل می‌شود. اسلامی‌ترین سطح مدیریت اسلامی، زمانی محقق می‌شود که هدف، فرایندها و تمرکز مدیریت، منطبق با هدف مکتبی اسلام، ارزش‌های آن و برونداد مطلوب باشند. هرچقدر این سه بعد، انطباق کمتری با اسلام پیدا می‌کنند، از درجه اسلامیت مدیریت کاسته و به درجه عدم اسلامیت، افزوده می‌شود؛ تا جایی که هر سه بُعد مذکور، نه‎تنها در مغایرت بلکه در تعارض با اسلام قرار می‌گیرند. نظریات رایج علم مدیریت نیز بسته به اینکه چه نسبتی با هدف مکتبی و ارزش‌های اسلام برقرار می‌کنند، در پیوستار مدیریت اسلامی و غیراسلامی قرار می‌گیرند. در نتیجه، داوری درباب اسلامیت علم مدیریت، منوط به بررسی تفصیلی است و به نحو یک‌پارچه نمی‌توان آن را کاملاً اسلامی یا غیراسلامی دانست.

providing various definitions of the concept of islamic management with various approaches such as philosophical, jurisprudence and ethics has created a conceptual dispersal. not distinguishing between these approaches or hiding this issue for a managerial style that, in addition to the criteria proposed in a minimalistic sense, provides the basis for more criteria and values on the one hand, not islamic managerial practice that out of defined tight scope in another approach on the other hand, has put an issue to the scholars of this field. is it possible to impose a gradation conception of islamic management to accommodate different views? what is the concept, its level and specification? in this article, first by using the analyticaldescriptive method, the concept of management is analyzed and then the point of its intersection with the school of islam (goal and process) is obtained. then, by examining the different situations that these two, find with islam, it became clear that different situations arise between situations in which management and islam are in match and conflict. the most islamic level of islamic management is realized when the goal, processes and management focus are consistent with the school’s purpose of islam, its values and desired outcomes. these three dimensions, if less consistent with islam, are reduced to the degree of islamic management and extend the degree of lack of islam, to the extent that all three dimensions are not only contradictory but conflict with islam. the common theory of management science are in the continuum of islamic and nonislamic management, depending on what they relate to the school’s purpose and islamic values. consequently, the judgment about islamicness of management science is subject to detailed examination and cannot be considered as totally islamic or unislamic.
