بررسی اصل عدالت در حکمرانی اقتصادی مبتنی‌بر نظریۀ شهید صدر (با تاکید بر عدالت توزیعی)

یکی از عرصه‏ های مهم هر کشور عرصۀ اقتصاد است که وظیفۀ حکومت در آن برقراری عدالت و توازن و زمینه‏ سازی برای بهره‏ مندی حداکثری مردم از امکانات و مواهب است. تبیین وظایف حکومت را می‏توان در دانشی به نام «حکمرانی» پیگیری کرد و وظایف اقتصادی دولت در دانش حکمرانی اقتصادی مورد بررسی قرار می‏گیرد. در این تحقیق سعی بر آن است که حکمرانی اقتصادی از منظر اسلامی بررسی شود. با توجه به اینکه یکی از مهم‌ترین وظایف حکومت در عرصۀ اقتصاد برقراری عدالت است، پرسش اصلی تحقیق این است که برقراری عدالت (توزیعی) در حکمرانی اقتصادی چه مولفه‏هایی دارد. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن است که در حکمرانی اقتصادی براساس قاعدۀ عدالت، لازم است فرصت‏های اقتصادی، آموزشی، درآمدها، امکانات و مواهب عمومی و نیز اطلاعات به‌صورت عادلانه در جامعه توزیع شود؛ به‌طوری‌که ضمن برخورداری همۀ افراد از حداقل‏ها، زمینۀ بهره‏برداری بیشتر از این فرصت‏ها و ثروت‏ها برای همگان مساوی باشد.

Implication of the Principle of Justice in Economic Governance Based on the Theory of Shahid Sadr (with Emphasis on Distributive Justice)

Aiming to establish justice and balance the economy, governments in every country try to facilitate maximum utilization of all people from goods and possibilities. Economic governance is an emerging academic branch involving explanation of government duties. In this research, economic governance is examined from an Islamic perspective. Given that one of the most important tasks of government in economics is to establish justice, the main question of the research is what are the components of establishing (distributive) justice in economic governance. The findings show that in economic governance based on the rule of justice, it is necessary to distribute opportunities, education, incomes, facilities and public gifts as well as information fairly in society. So that while all people enjoying the minimums, there is a ground for more utilization of these opportunities and properties for all people equally.
