رویکردی تطبیقی به مبانی نظری «مدیریت راهبردی» و «مدیریت راهبردی جهادی»

طرح موضوع راهبردی «مدیریت جهادی» در شرایط حساس کنونی کشور نیازمند فهم عمیق و تبیین مولفه‌ها و پیش‌فرض‌هایی است که بتواند ضرورت و اهمیت پرداختن به این موضوع کلیدی را با توجه به مقتضیات و چالش‌های پیش‌روی نظام اسلامی روشن کند. به همین منظور در این مقاله از یک نگاه کلان و راهبردی به مدیریت جهادی پرداخته شده و نشان داده شده است که اساساً چرا فهم و درک عمیق این الگوی مدیریتی به‌عنوان یک الگوی مدیریت بومی و اسلامی، از کلیدی‌ترین مسائل پیش‌روی نظام اسلامی است؛ از‌این‌رو، مبنایی‌ترین پیش‌فرض‌های بنیادی و نظری «مدیریت راهبردی رایج» در مقایسه با «اصول موضوعه و پیش‌فرض‌های اساسی» حاکم بر «مدیریت جهادی» تحلیل شده و مشخص شده است چگونه مبانی مدیریت راهبردی رایج باوجود داشتن وجوه اشتراک با تفکر جهادی، به‌دلیل وجوه اختلاف و تمایزهای اساسی با آن، نمی‌تواند راهگشای چالش‌های پیش‌روی نظام اداری و مدیریت کشور باشد. درصورتی‌که اگر مدیران بخواهند در سطوح خرد و کلان به نظام اسلامی یاری رسانند می‌بایست با باور ‌به پیش‌فرض‌های عینی و واقعی برگرفته از «اعتقادات دینی» و منبعث از «اصول اساسی انقلاب اسلامی در درگیری با نظام سلطۀ جهانی»، به نهادینه‌کردن این الگوی حکمرانی نوین، بومی و اسلامی همت بگمارند. 

Fundamentals of strategic management and jihadi strategic management: A comparative study

Abstract The expression of strategic issue of Jihadi management in the current sensitive conditions of the country requires a deep understanding and explanation of the variables and assumptions that can show the necessity and importance of addressing this key issue – with considering to the requirements and challenges faced by the Islamic system. For this purpose, this paper addresses a macro and strategic view of Jihadi management, and it has been shown that why the deep understanding of this management pattern as a pattern of local and Islamic governance is one of the key issues facing the Islamic system. Therefore, the basic theoretical and fundamental assumptions of common strategic management have been analyzed in comparison with the basic principles and assumptions governing jihad management and it has been determined how the basics of common strategic management, despite Having the aspects of joining the jihadi thinking, due to differences of opinion and differences with it, cannot solve the challenges facing the administrative system and management of the country. If the managers want to help the Islamic system at micro and macro levels, they should strive to institutionalize this new, native, and Islamic Pattern with belief in Objective and real assumptions derived from religious beliefs and the basic principles of the Islamic Revolution in challenge against the global domination (Imperialism) .
