هستی‌شناسی عدالت؛ بررسی تطبیقی آرای آیت‌الله جوادی آملی و جان رالز

هر نظریه‌ای درباره عدالت، بر بنیان‌های نظری استوار است که یکی از مهم‌ترین آنها بنیان هستی‌شناختی است. در این پژوهش تلاش شده تا بنیان هستی‌شناختی عدالت در اسلام و لیبرالیسم با استفاده از روش تفسیری و تطبیقی روشن گردد. در این راستا آرای دو تن از متفکران برجسته معاصر، آیت‌الله جوادی آملی و جان رالز بررسی و مقایسه شده و نشان داده شده که رالز به لحاظ هستی‌شناختی فردگرا و انسان‌محور است و در مقابل، آیت‌الله جوادی آملی دارای هستیشناسی سهضلعی است و بر ترابط انسان با خداوند و بقیه هستی تاکید دارد. این امر دلالت‌های مهمی در تنظیم نظریه عدالت آنها دارد.

AbstractThe purpose of this article is to achieve ways to prevent conflicts of a negative and ineffective organizational nature. The research findings show that Using three cognitive, emotional and behavioral techniques One can change the attitude of people. And prevented the occurrence of ineffective conflicts. The desired cognitive techniques of Islam are Understanding the goal, Understand the situation, Awareness of responsibility, The need for answering, Understanding the Importance of Time. Emotional techniques including Strengthening the spirit of brotherhood, Strengthening the spirit of constructive competition, The development of healthy communication and its accessories, Behavioral techniques including: Establish justice by managers, Criterion,  Clarifying rules.
