درآمدی بر نقشه دانشی و معرفتی مدیریت اسلامی

 نظریه‌ها در مدیریت گاهی در مقام حل مسائل سازمانی است، گاهی به‌دنبال نشان‌دادن تصویری از سازمان است و گاهی به منظور مستندسازی یک تجربه عملی و عینی است و گاهی نیز به‌دنبال فراهم‌آوردن چهارچوب‌ها و نقشه راه‌هایی برای تفکر و خود دانش مدیریت است. در این کرسی نظریه نقشه دانشی مدیریت اسلامی به‌مثابه چهارچوب‌بندی و ارائه نقشه راهی برای دانش مدیریت است. مسئله اصلی این پژوهش عبارت است از فقدان نقشه راه برای تئوری‌پردازی در حوزه مدیریت اسلامی که سبب انسجام نظری و کارآمدی عملی باشد؛ ازاین‌و، پنج سوال کلیدی نیز در این پژوهش پاسخ داده می‌شود. سوال اول: نظریه مختار در علم و معرفت علمی چیست؟ سوال دوم: نظریه مختار در دین و معرفت دینی چیست؟ سوال سوم: نظریه مختار در نسبت دین و علم اداره چیست؟ سوال چهارم: نظریه مختار در روش‌شناسی مدیریت اسلامی چیست؟ سوال پنجم: مسائل مدیریت اسلامی چیست؟ در این پژوهش انواع رویکرد‌ها در معرفت دینی بحث خواهد شد. نظریه دایره‌المعارفی در معرفت دینی، نظریه هرمنوتیکی فهم دینی و معرفت دینی، نظریه قبض و بسط تئوریک شریعت در معرفت دینی، نظریه گزیده‌گویی در معرفت دینی، نظریه معتزله و اشاعره در معرفت دینی و .... همچنین، انواع رویکرد‌ها به علم‌ الاداره اسلامی بررسی شد که از آن جمله می‌توان رویکرد استنباطی (تاسیسی و امضایی)، رویکرد تهذیب و تکمیل، رویکرد التقاطی، رویکرد تطبیقی را نام برد. در حوزه روش‌شناسی هم در زمینه منابع معرفت و هم درباره حجیت هرکدام از منابع و نحوه تحلیل معرفت بررسی شد. در زمینه مسائل مدیریت اسلامی می‌توان در سطح (ملی) حکومت و دولت، اخلاق کارگزاران نظام و فقه‌ السیاسه را مدنظر قرار داد. در سطح (تجارت) مالی و بازرگانی، اخلاق کسب و کار و فقه التجاره مدنظر است و در سطح (سازمان) اداری، اخلاق اداری و فقه الاداره موردنظر است. 

Introduction to knowledge map of Islamic management

AbstractTheories in management sometimes are in the process of solving organizational problems, sometimes looking for an image of an organization, and sometimes to document a practical and objective experience and sometimes to provide frameworks and a map of ways to think and manage knowledge itself. This article seeks to present a knowledge map of Islamic management as a framework for mapping and mapping the way for management knowledge. The main issue of this research is the lack of a road map for the theorizing in the field of Islamic management that would provide theoretical and practical coherence.Hence, five key questions are answered in this research. Question 1: What is the selected theory of science? Second question: What is selected theory in religion and religious knowledge? Third question: What is selected theory in relation to religion and science? Question 4: What is selected theory in the methodology of Islamic management? Question 5: What Is Islamic Management Issues?In this research, a variety of approaches to religious knowledge will be discussed. Encyclopedic theory in religious knowledge, hermeneutical theory of religious understanding and religious knowledge, bill theory and the theoretical expansion of Sharia in religious knowledge, selection theory in religious knowledge, Mu’tazilite and Ash’arist theory in religious knowledge. Also, a variety of approaches to Islamic management science were investigated, including the inferential approach (formalization and signing), the refinement and completion approach, the eclectic approach, and the comparative approach. In the field of methodology, both the sources of knowledge and the authority of each source and the way of knowledge analysis were examined.In terms of Islamic management issues, it is possible to consider at the national (state) level of government and government ethics of the system’s agents and fegh of alSissa. At the level of trade, finance and commerce, business ethics and fegh are considered at the administrative level, administrative ethics, and management fegh.
