مهارت‌های گفتگوی موثّر(کلامی) بین زن و شوهر از منظر آموزه‌های دینی و روان‌شناسی

مهم ترین راه ارتباط میان زن و شوهر گفتگوی متقابل است. گفتگو شامل ارسال کننده (فرستنده) و دریافت (گیرنده) پیام از طریق کانال انتقال هست که بسته به نوع پیام به گفتگوی کلامی و غیرکلامی تقسیم می شود. در گفتگوی کلامی دو کانال انتقال وجود دارد که آن ها عبارت‌اند از: کانال انتقال صحبت کردن و گوش دادن. ازآنجایی‌که در گفتگوی کلامی، پیام و کانال انتقال پیام از مهم ترین عناصر گفتگو می باشند، لذا زوجین برای داشتن یک گفتگوی موثر میان خود نیازمند شناخت و آگاهی از یک پیام کلامی صحیح و شایسته و هم‌چنین کسب مهارت های لازم برای استفاده ی صحیح از این کانال های انتقال هستند. در این نوشتار، پس از طرح نکات مقدماتی به بحث، پیرامون ویژگی های یک پیام کلامی صحیح و شایسته و هم‌چنین کسب مهارت های لازم برای استفاده ی صحیح از کانال انتقالی صحبت کردن، جهت برقراری گفتگوی موثّر بین زن و شوهر از منظر آموزه های دینی و روان‌شناسی پرداخته‌شده است.

Effective Communication Skills for Couples from the Perspective of Religious Teachings and Psychology

The most important way of communication for couples is dialogue. Conversation includes the sender and receiver of a message through the transmission channel, which is divided into verbal and non-verbal conversation depending on the type of message. There are two transmission channels in verbal communication, which are the transmission channel of speaking and listening. Since message and the transmission channel are the most important elements of verbal conversation, couples are required to know and be aware of a correct and appropriate verbal message and also acquire the necessary skills for correct use of these channels. After presenting the introductory points, the present study discusses the characteristics of a correct and appropriate verbal message, as well as the acquisition of skills necessary to make the right use of the transmission channel of conversation in order to establish an effective dialogue between a couple from the perspective of religious teachings and psychology.
