بررسی اهمیت فضایل فکری در آموزش و چگونگی اکتساب آنها

مسئولیت آموزشی اساتید، علاوه بر راهنمایی دانشجویان به سوی زندگی موفق، شامل آماده کردن آنها برای پذیرش و پرورش فضیلت در زندگی شخصی و دانشگاهی خودشان نیز است. معرفت‌شناسی فضیلت یکی از رویکردهای نوین در فلسفه تحلیلی معاصر است که با توجه و تمرکز بر فضایل فکری و تاکید بر نقش آن‌ها در کسب و انتقال دانش و معرفت، مجموعه‌ای غنی از ابزارها را برای نظریه‌های آموزشی فراهم می‌آورد تا روش درست اندیشیدن را به دانشجویان یاد دهد. فضایل فکری همچون کنجکاوی، گشوده ذهنی، شجاعت فکری، بخشش فکری، استقلال فکری، فروتنی فکری، همدلی فکری و ... می‌توانند به اساتید و دانشجویان کمک کنند تا اهداف آموزشی بهتر تحقق یابند. در این پژوهش تحلیلی با استفاده از داده های معرفت شناسیِ فضیلت مسئولیت گرا، فضایل فکری استخراج و مهارت های چهارگانه برای پرورش آنها تبیین گردید. سپس انتقادات اصلی که به نقش و اهمیت فضایل فکری در امر آموزش وارد شد، مورد بحث و ارزیابی قرار گرفت. نتیجه این مطالعه نشان داد که آموزش فضایل فکری به دانشجویان یکی از مهم‌ترین وظایف اساتید است و جایگاه آن در کمک به دانشجویان برای خودکفایی و کسب آمادگی برای دوران بزرگسالی و نقش مهم آن در زندگی سیاسی و اجتماعی بدون جایگزین است.

Investigating the importance of intellectual virtues in education and how to acquire them

The educational responsibility of professors, in addition to guiding students to a successful life, includes preparing them to accept and cultivate virtue in their personal and academic lives. Virtue epistemology is one of the new approaches in contemporary analytic philosophy that provides a rich set of tools for educational theories to teach students how to think correctly, by focusing on intellectual virtues and emphasizing their role in acquiring knowledge and knowledge. Give. Intellectual virtues such as curiosity, open-mindedness, intellectual courage, intellectual forgiveness, intellectual independence, intellectual humility, intellectual empathy, can help professors and students to better achieve educational goals.In this analytical study, using the epistemological data of responsiblity virtue, intellectual virtues were extracted and four skills for cultivating them were explained. Then, the main criticisms of the role and importance of intellectual virtues in education were discussed and evaluated.The results of this study showe that teaching intellectual virtues to students is one of the most important tasks of professors and its position is to help students to be self-sufficient and prepare for adulthood and its important role in political and social life without alternatives.
