on quotients of topological fundamental groupoids

‎quotients of topological groupoids are not necessarily a topological groupoid‎. ‎in this talk we show that for a given topological groupoid g‎, ‎the quotient groupoid g/m is a topological groupoid‎, ‎where m is a totally disconnected normal subgroupoid‎. ‎by using this‎, ‎we prove that(π^l x)/m‎, ‎the quotient of the lasso topology on the topological fundamental groupoid and the generalization of the brown$^,$s topology on (π^l x)/m are equivalent
