گسترش حضور اتباع افاغنه و امنیت فرهنگی جمهوری اسلامی ایران

گسترش حضور اتباع افغانستان در جمهوری اسلامی ایران، به‌ویژه پس از به قدرت رسیدن طالبان، پیامدهای گسترده‌ای بر امنیت ملی کشور داشته است. این تحقیق باهدف بررسی تاثیرات این حضور بر امنیت فرهنگی، اجتماعی، سیاسی و اقتصادی  ایران انجام‌شده است. پرسش اصلی تحقیق این است که چگونه افزایش تعداد مهاجران افغانی می‌تواند امنیت فرهنگی کشور را تحت تاثیر قرار دهد. پرسش‌های فرعی به بررسی تهدیدات خاص در حوزه‌های سیاسی، اقتصادی و همچنین چالش‌های فرهنگی و اجتماعی می‌پردازند. فرضیه اصلی این است که حضور گسترده اتباع افغانستان، همراه با افزایش افراطی‌گری و تهدیدات تروریستی، می‌تواند منجر به بروز مشکلات امنیتی و فرهنگی در ایران شود. در این مقاله، با استفاده از چارچوب‌های نظری مرتبط با امنیت ملی و مهاجرت، به تحلیل داده‌های موجود پرداخته‌شده است. یافته‌ها نشان می‌دهند که افزایش جمعیت مهاجران افغانی در ایران می‌تواند چالش‌های متعددی ازجمله فشار بر منابع اقتصادی، افزایش تنش‌های اجتماعی و تهدیدات فرهنگی به همراه داشته باشد. همچنین، تهدیدات سیاسی ناشی از نفوذ احتمالی گروه‌های افراطی و تروریستی نیز به‌عنوان عاملی مهم موردبررسی قرارگرفته است. درنهایت، راهکارهایی برای مدیریت بهتر این وضعیت و کاهش تهدیدات امنیتی و فرهنگی پیشنهادشده است.

the expansion of afghan nationals and cultural security in theislamic republic of iran

the expansion of the presence of afghan nationals in the islamic republic of iran, especially after the taliban came to power, has had widespread consequences on the country's cultural security. this study aims to examine the effects of this presence on iran's cultural, social, political, and economic security. the main question of the study is how the increase in the number of afghan immigrants can affect the country's cultural security? sub-questions examine specific threats in the political, economic, and cultural and social domains. the main hypothesis is that the large presence of afghan nationals, coupled with increased extremism and terrorist threats, could lead to cultural security problems in iran. this paper analyzes the available data using theoretical frameworks related to cultural security and migration. the findings indicate that the increasing population of afghan migrants in iran could bring about several challenges, including increased social tensions and cultural threats and pressure on economic resources. in addition, political-cultural threats arising from the possible influence of extremist and terrorist groups are also examined as an important factor. finally, solutions are proposed to better manage this situation and reduce security and cultural threats.
