نقش فرهنگ عمومی در پیشگیری از بروز نارضایتی‌های صنفی: مطالعۀ موردی استان همدان

در هر جامعه‌ای مواردی مانند نارضایتی‌های صنفی، اعتصاب، تعطیلی بازار، تجمع مقابل ادار‌ه‌های دولتی و ... می‌تواند امنیت روانی جامعه را برهم زده و زمینه‌ساز تشدید سایر نارضایتی‌های اجتماعی گردد. با درک اهمیت این موضوع، در پژوهش حاضر به بررسی نقش فرهنگ عمومی در پیشگیری از بروز نارضایتی‌های صنفی استان همدان پرداخته شده است. این مطالعه از نظر هدف کاربردی، از لحاظ روش، کیفی و از لحاظ گردآوری داده‌ ها، میدانی از طریق مصاحبۀ عمیق ساختاریافته است. مشارکت‌کنندگان پژوهش، شامل 14 نفر از خبرگان حوزۀ فرهنگ عمومی بودند. پس از انجام 14 مصاحبه، عوامل اصلی و فرعی در مصاحبه‌های قبلی تکرار گردید و پژوهشگران به اشباع نظری رسیدند. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ ها از روش تحلیل مضمون در بستر نرم افزار maxqda بهره گرفته شد. نتایج این بررسی‌ها نشان می‌دهد که اگر سازمآن‌ها و ارگآن‌های دخیل در امر ارتقای سطح فرهنگ عمومی به وظایف خود درست عمل نمایند، افراد جامعه در سطوح مختلف به رشد و بالندگی عقلی، اخلاقی، دینی و اجتماعی می ‌رسند و با درک صحیحی که از شرایط جامعه دارند،  با نگاهی واقع‌بینانه با موضوعات اجتماعی و اقتصادی مواجه می‌ شوند و آن‌ها را تحلیل ‌می‌ نمایند. بنابراین، نارضایتی‌های صنفی یا به ‌وجود نخواهد آمد و یا این که مسیر درست، منطقی و قانونی خود را طی خواهند کرد.

the role of public culture in preventing the occurrence of union discontent: a case study of hamedan province

in any society, issues such as union discontent, strikes, market closures, gatherings in front of government offices, and etc. can disrupt the psychological security of the community and lead to the intensification of other social discontents. understanding the importance of this issue, the present study examines the role of public culture in preventing the occurrence of union discontent in hamedan province. this study is applied in terms of its purpose, qualitative in terms of its method, and in terms of data collection it is fieldwork through in-depth interviews. the research participants included 14 experts in the field of public culture. after conducting 14 interviews, the main and secondary factors in the previous interviews were repeated and the researchers reached theoretical saturation. the content analysis method was used in the maxqda software platform to analyze the data. the results of these studies show that if the organizations and bodies involved in promoting the level of public culture fulfill their duties properly, individuals in society at different levels will achieve intellectual, moral, religious, and social growth and development, and with a correct understanding of the conditions of society, they will face social and economic issues with a realistic perspective and analyze them. therefore, guild dissatisfaction will either not arise or they will follow their correct, logical, and legal path.
