ابعاد و مولفه‌های اجتماعی و فرهنگی کاهش جان‌باختگان سوانح ترافیکی

عوامل مختلفی در کاهش جان‌باختگان سوانح ترافیکی دخیل هستند. مهم‌ ترین آن ‌ها، عامل انسانی است که می‌ تواند تحت تاثیر ویژگی‌های اجتماعی و فرهنگی رانندگان قرار بگیرد. هدف این پژوهش، شناسایی ابعاد و مولفه‌ های اجتماعی و فرهنگی کاهش جان‌باختگان سوانح ترافیکی است. پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر روش، آمیخته از نوع اکتشافی است. جامعۀ آماری در بخش کیفی، خبرگان دانشگاه امین و ستاد پلیس راهور فراجا و در بخش کمّی، کارشناسان ارشد ستاد پلیس راهور فراجا بودند. در بخش کیفی، از روش تحلیل مضمون با استفاده از نرم‌ افزار maxqda2020 و در بخش کمی، از تحلیل عاملی تاییدی بهره برده شد. به ‌منظور اعتبارسنجی مدل حاصل از بخش کیفی، از مدل ‌یابی معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌ افزار تحلیل عاملی تاییدی smartpls3 استفاده شد. عوامل اجتماعی و فرهنگی کاهش جان‌باختگان سوانح ترافیکی در بخش کیفی به‌ ترتیب شامل مولفه ‌های منزلت و ارزش جان انسان ‌ها، تقاضا و تمایل به ایجاد تغییر، رویکرد ایمنی و نظام اطلاعات و مراقبت حوادث بود و در بخش کمی، تمامی مولفه ‌ها به همان ترتیب مورد تایید کارشناسان آن بخش قرار گرفت؛ ضمن این که در این بخش، مولفۀ رویکرد ایمنی با مقدار 8.043، منزلت و ارزش جان انسان‌ها برابر با 13.380، نظام اطلاعات و مراقبت حوادث با مقدار 6.657 و تقاضا و تمایل به ایجاد تغییر با مقدار 185/هستند. بر این اساس می توان اظهار داشت که عوامل اجتماعی و فرهنگی می‌توانند به کاهش جان‌باختگان سوانح ترافیکی در کشور کمک کند.

various factors are involved in reducing traffic accident fatalities. the most significant of them is the human factor, which can be affected by the social and cultural characteristics of drivers. the aim of this study is to identify the social and cultural dimensions and components of reducing traffic accident fatalities. the current study is applied in terms of purpose and mixed of the exploratory kind in terms of method. the statistical population in the qualitative part was experts from amin university and the faraja traffic police headquarters, and in the quantitative part, senior experts from the faraja traffic police headquarters. in the qualitative part, the thematic analysis method was employed using maxqda2020 software, and in the quantitative part, confirmatory factor analysis was used. in order to validate the model obtained from the qualitative part, structural equation modeling and smartpls3 confirmatory factor analysis software were used. the social and cultural factors of reducing traffic accident fatalities in the qualitative part included the components of dignity and value of human life, demand and willingness to create change, safety approach, and information system and accident surveillance, respectively. moreover, in the quantitative part, all components were approved by the experts in that part in the same order; in addition, in this section, the safety approach component is 8.043, the dignity and value of human life is 13.380, the information and accident monitoring system is 6.657, and the demand and desire to create change is 185. based on this, it can be stated that social and cultural factors can help reduce traffic accident fatalities in the country.
